First restaurant, first night in Granada. We arrived at 22:30, and the lady informed us kitchen closes at 23. Absolutely no problem with that, working in hospitality myself. Ordered a lovely wine, pasta and the steak with foie. Bread was placed on the table, food arrived and no drink. It came after but still, you accept the table we deserve the quality of service equal to when it isn't close to close, because the price doesn't change. There was a mix up with the steak (the wrong dish came) I let them know, not a bother changed immediately, and the lady did say she doesn't normally take orders (which is completely fair.) The pasta was a little dry, but my steak when I got what I ordered was fabulous. No words. We got the lovely cheesecake, finished our wine, some free chocolate cannoli which was a lovely thought, and got the bill. I'm not sure if it was stated on the menu and neither of us saw (in other restaurants we did later see on the menu bread charge, no issue) but maybe ask if guests want, as we didn't know yo look for the charge until the bill. Charging 80 cents for a takeaway container is not something I've ever seen in a restaurant (especially a pricer one as the is). The lastly the bill was a certain total I asked him the take 86, he gave me change of 90. By this point the few little mistakes had added up to make a none enjoyable experience, which slightly spoiler our first night and we didn't go back as good as...
Read moreIf you ever find yourself hungry in Grenada, for the love of God do not wander into this hellhole. In my 50 years of living, never have I found myself surrounded by such despicable people. The waiting staff never smiled, as if it cost them as much to smile as it did customers who payed 17,8€ to eat 10 measly pasta. The staff were adamant in making us understand that we were not welcome in their restaurant, going so far as to take our plates away while some of us were still eating. As if that wasn't enough, the ever so detestable staff decided to strip all doubts we had of our interactions being the fruit of a language barrier by plastering a scrunched-up bill in the middle of our table as were eating our main course, and then making us pay whilst we were still eating and before ever entertaining the thought that we might want to stay for dessert or take our time. We therefore obliged and quickly left this terrible excuse of an "italian restaurant" that doesn't know how to make any meal without using 5 gallons of olive oil.
In short, though it appears as a charming restaurant in the middle of the town center, the complacent and downright insulting waiting staff will at least serve as to make you forget that the food is worth nowhere near as much as...
Read moreDon’t waste your time. Was walking around Granada with a group of 7 people. 4 adults and 3 children. My friends wife who is black Haitian American went and ask if we could get a table and she was told that if she didn’t have a reservation we would not be able to get a table.she came back and told us and I then had my wife not 1 min later who is white Australian go ask the same hostess if they might have something later and she came back and said that they had a table for 7. In this day of age you would think racism like this would not be prevalent. And if you think their was some way to explain it their was also another black family of 4 that came up and ask at the same time as my friends wife and they were turned away also.

I have no reason to lie as we were looking forward to eating at your establishment. Also make it make sense black person comes up and no tables. White person come up minute later yes we have a table. Also if you’re reviewing this review just go back and look at previous reviews as I’m not the first person to call out their racism. Also as a rule of thumb if a person has to justify how their not raciest because they have friends or employees of different races they are...
