Burger King — Restaurant in Madrid

One big YUCK. How the heck can you mess up a burger? Try one at this franchise? Not traditional BK products or breads used. Burger meat= Yuck Cheese= Yuck Bread =double, Yuck Fries= blahhh Bacon= still thinking of what it truly was🤔 Presentation = Nothing that was remotely close as shown on the menu board photo😂 Cost for two Adults +21 Euros #7 and #1 😳

No bathroom is visible to wash hands If you ask for an extra ketchup packet, it costs more than a bag at the grocery store AND I got short, changed, and tipped like a fool😂😂😂. Didn't notice I was short on the additional ketchup packet until after I sat down.😂 No picture is needed because if you do not get the picture, try it for yourself, and I wish you the best.

Needless to say, my favorite burger restaurant of all time, never again, overseas.

5 hrs later and still burping...

Just a normal Burger King but too slow. There is just one worker taking orders and all the machines to order are out of work (they have been out of work for months). Looking at the fact that this is right outside of one of the busiest bus/train/subway-station of Madrid and that it is always full, I find it really annoying having to wait for over 30 minutes in a queue everytime I come. I think it would be so much more convenient to have more people work here or to have someone fix the machines as fast as possible since I have seen people getting out of the restaurant or not even entering it due to the long queue that many times goes all the way to...

Reedito: Se me ocurrió volver el lunes 9 de octubre y compruebo con mis propios ojos que la respuesta que me dieron a mi reseña de julio son todo palabras vacías para quedar bien. Los empleados siguen tocando la comida con las manos desnudas. Eso sí, solo han utilizado las pinzas para coger la carne de las hamburguesas porque debía estar caliente para tocarla con las manos, pero cuando han tenido que recolocar la hamburguesa porque la carne se le iba para un lado, se han ayudado con los dedos sin guantes. O sea, que no ha cambiado nada y sigue sin preocuparles la salud de los clientes ni la falta de higiene que demuestran. Me da la impresión de que lo de trabajar para que la siguiente visita sea mejor, ha ido directamente al archivo universal antes de hacerlo. Total falta de compromiso por su parte.

Estuve ayer noche. La comida bien, y el personal también en parte. Me refiero con esto a que si bien son atentos, resulta desagradable ver cómo en la cocina preparan las hamburguesas sin usar guantes ni utensilios que eviten que toquen la comida con las manos desnudas. Luego te dicen que las llevan limpias.... Eso yo no lo sé, no les he visto lavarselas, ni dónde las han metido entre el lavado y los preparación de las hamburguesas. Literalmente puede haber sido en cualquier sitio (ya lo dejo a la imaginación de cada cual. Les pongo una estrella sólo porque parece que no se paran a pensar que están manipulando sin higiene demostrable, la comida que luego se llevan a la boca los clientes. Me sorprende después de lo visto que nadie se haya puesto enfermo (incluida yo, ya puestos). Por cierto, tampoco puedes utilizar el programa de coronas, ni para pedir determinadas promociones, ni para conseguir coronas o cambiar la acumuladas por productos. Hay gente que si pasa a ese establecimiento es porque no tiene otro cerca o tiempo de acercarse a uno donde poder usar el programa de puntos. Me parece una falta de consideración hacia...
