I spend three months a year in Puerto Rico. Here I have to take care of my very young toddlers alone all day long while my husband is working from home. The Chester Club became quickly our second home (or maybe our first 😜). We come there basically every single day, since it's much easier for me to take care of my kids from there. The place is simply perfect if you want to enjoy your sunny day in Puerto Rico. The main pool is warm and easily accessible for both small children / toddlers and people with discapacity thanks to its ramp. All the staff that works there is so incredibly nice and talented, always working super hard to attend you in the best way possible. Even when the days are difficult with a lot of costumers to take care of, they go beyond their work to ensure that everyone gets the best experience possible. For us they bacome a second family and my kids truly love them and ask about them when we are not going there. Another thing that I think is really important is that all the employees are treated very well and you can see that they are a truly good team, trying to always have fun together, even during very stressful and hards days. The only thing that I can say is: "Thanks you guys, we truly miss all of you and we are looking forward to come back to Chester". Martina, Alexander,...

Locale: 4/5. Decent. Service (not counting the hygiene): 5/5 - the hostess went above and beyond for us. There was some confusion about the bill - they had added on some items from another group - and she got that sorted in no time. Food: 2.5/5. Tried a pizza and a sandwich. It's what I'd expect from a tourist place that does food next to the pool. Edible but the food is not why you should come here. Drinks: 3/5. Beers inside the lounge are small - around 0.35 to 0.4 l, outside they have another seating area with proper 0.5 l glasses. Bit odd. Cocktails were adequate- but clearly not a passion project. Price: 3/5. 70 euro to get in for a couple, out of that you get to order at the bar/in the kitchens for 40. Fair enough.
Overall, not going back though mostly because of kitchen staff not washing their hands after visiting...
Read moreNice location but appallingly bad service. We visit Puerto Rico every year and have stopped at this place before on a few occasions to have a drink. This time we stopped by about midday and decided to order a couple of omelettes. Now in my book an omelette should take about 15-20 mins max. However 40 minutes later still no omelette. Waitress finally came back and asked "did you get your omelette?" Consedering she took the order I would have though she would have known, but there was no apology or expected time given. After another 20 mins ( an hour in total) we decided to pay for our drinks and leave at which point the food miraculously appeared. Too late though and there is no way this place will get our...
