Mogan Mall — Attraction in Mogán

26-07-2023 Absolutely lovely place travel here quite frequently to visit the shops, supermarket outstanding ice cream shop etc also has a beautiful taco bar get the mango margarita, everyone else is so nice and helpful just be careful the security guard steals Euros from lost items spending to long looking through the peoples possessions in his office which is hidden out of view.

03-09-2023 After contacting mogan mall to complain about the security guard who done this they did reply back to me and as i was traveling back in 4 weeks again they did kindly refund me the euro's it wasn't much but still the principal their ment to be helpful to all the visitors (not helping themselves to their belongings) in the response back from them security blamed the cleaning staff which weren't involved at all the worst thing is i seen the exact same security guard still working there so be extremely cautious i'm sure i'm not the first person he's done this to

As i've had such a bad experience in such a beautiful place i can't rate it anymore than 1 star due to the inconvenience and hassle caused that night and because he's still working there, if that hadn't happened and all security staff were reliable and didn't steal it probably would've been a 5 star place and review

08-10-2023 After mogan mall's reply to the statement above saying they have taking care of it and he no longer works there, the first part is true which i was refunded but i was up there shopping today and guess who i seen the same security guard so either they tell you what you want to hear more than likely or someone else has got the sack which i don't believe just be careful there not as trusting as you really think, all of the shop staff and customers would be more trust worthy...

I recently had the opportunity to visit Mogan Mall shopping centre and wanted to provide some feedback based on my experience. I was quite pleased with my visit and wanted to share my feedback. Firstly, I was impressed with the overall layout and design of the shopping centre. Christmas decorations are amazing! The spacious and well-lit corridors made it easy to navigate, and I didn't feel overwhelmed by the size of the place. The variety of stores available also catered to a wide range of interests and needs, which was a big plus for me.

Additionally, I found the cleanliness and maintenance of the shopping centre to be top-notch. It was evident that your team puts in a lot of effort to keep the premises in excellent condition. The washrooms were clean and well-stocked, and I appreciate the attention to detail in this regard. I also want to commend the staff I encountered during my visit. From the security personnel to the shop assistants, everyone was friendly, approachable, and willing to assist me with any queries I had. This level of customer service made my shopping experience much more enjoyable and stress-free.

One aspect that I particularly liked about your shopping centre was the range of dining options available. I had a pleasant experience at this shopping centre, and I wanted to express my appreciation for the effort put into creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment. We visited Mogan Mall a few times during our stay in Gran Canaria. It’s a small mall, but very peaceful and quiet, with a lovely atmosphere and beautiful views.

There are some great food options around, including Oakberry and a few charming cafés that are perfect for a coffee break or light snack.You’ll also find larger supermarkets like HiperDino and Spar nearby, which are slightly cheaper and offer more variety than the smaller grocery shops around most hotels.

The mall features popular stores like Bershka and Stradivarius, making it a nice spot for shopping or just relaxing if you’re looking for something different to do.

Close to the mall, there’s also a local market full of fun finds perfect for souvenirs or browsing and it’s just a short walk to the beach, making it a great way to spend a...
