Bistro Iberico — Restaurant in Mogán

My worst restaurang visit so far at puerto rico. I order a iberico steak with vegetables, rice and pepper sauce for me and a sallad for my girlfriend. For drinks we chose fanta, smoothie and water. They started off with forgetting my smoothie and i had to ask for it a second time. No worries. But then we got our food, my iberico steak looked very small, this would have been okay with me if it was cooked properly. As an iberico steak should be cooked 1.5minutes each side per cm of thickess. It felt like this had been cooked for 40 minutes. The rice didnt taste anything and felt like it was cooked in plain water without salt. The pepper sauce tasted of something similar to gasoline or chemicals. Although the vegetables were good. And for my girlfriends sallad it was drenched in way too much dressing. But as we were very hungry and in a hurry we ate what we could and then wanted to pay, tried to make contact with the nonchalant server for about 25 minutes with no sucess. We had to go up and tell them to come with the bill. Then when they came to the table we took up our problem with the food. We decided to try this restaurant for food for my husband's birthday as we had been the night before for drinks. We ordered drinks 2 ceasar salads and fillet steak medium. Firstly the waiter took drinks to wrong table, then when he came to our table he spilt them on tray and the floor. Then 5 minutes later the ceasar salads came out but had to wait another 10 minutes for the steak. Surely you could have held back the salads till steak was ready then served us all at the same time. When the steak did come out my husband cut into it and it was still raw!! We mentioned it to the waiter who took it away and 5 minutes later came back with it again but still raw. My husband was so annoyed he had to walk off rather than cause a big scene. When. I mentioned it to the staff that he was not happy with the meal and asked for a reduction in price they just walked off. I then asked for the bill, low and behold no reduction. You still expect us to pay for a raw steak! Asi paid and waited for the change, they then removed my granddaughter basket of chips whilst she was still eating them. Will not be coming back here again.

les voy contar lo sucedido en este establecimiento el día de las madres 4/5/2025 al medio día , que te tratan como un ladrón cuando en realidad lo son ellos ,mi pareja le preguntó que si eran rellénables al chico al cual el mismo chico quitó el tapón como si uno se la fuera a llevar y le dije que lo dejara en la mesa 1 falta de respeto y tratar al cliente como un ladrón ,que cobraban por cada botella no sé cuánto no sé ha que cuento a ver a qué viene el caso y a saber con qué agua las llenan si es del mismo chorro o ha saber,porque en vez de preguntar a su compañera la camarera que la había retirado una botella de agua antes de pedir la cuenta porque estaba vacía junto con los refresco y nos llamó delante de los demás clientes y demás gente del centro comercial que caminaba que si nosotros no llevamos una botella con todo su jeta después de dejarnos 270 euros en la comida que deja mucho que desear ,te cobran una ración de concretas que te ponen 4 solas na mas ,y una Salsa bearnesa del día anterior parecía que era una natilla en vez de una salsa normal ,puesto que una la preparo al momento y la otra tenía otra textura fatal ,y lo que no te comas tú no se lo pongas a los clientes, le dije también un entrecot bien echo y me puso uno sangrando fatal la experiencia vivida aquí éramos 9 y los nueves no volveremos ni recomendado este sitio te lo digo yo ,un folower de las reseñas ,este chaval ni esta empresa se merecen mi dinero mas nunca por el trato y demás 👎🏻
