Vinci’s at Mogan Mall is a stunning, elegant spot — everything from the layout to the cutlery is really aesthetic. We had the Arrabiata and Carbonara, both full of flavour and served within 15 minutes. The downside was the service. No one checked on us, there was no salt, pepper, or vinegar on the table, and we couldn’t ask for extra cheese as staff were nowhere to be seen. I asked to add chicken to my pasta and was given a blunt “no” by the front-of-house who also took our order — not very friendly or welcoming. The lady who brought the food out was the only one who seemed approachable. The robot server was a cool touch though! Atmosphere: 5/5 Food: 4/5 Service: 2/5

What an absolutely amazing and charming restaurante. Such Scenery from the windows. The food was lovely, incredible pasta. This is real homemade pasta, no fake cream carbonara!! Delicious desserts, and the daiqiris are to die for! But most important to mention, the service! We had the best server, Pauline, who made our night so fun and lovely. Recommend this place so much!! Edit: went back again and it was just as good as last time, if not better! It's obvious that the people who give bad reviews have Never had Real italian food in their lives. But then again Norwegians make carbonara with cream 🤮 ShAMe!!

Well, brace yourselves for a riveting tale of culinary calamity that unfolded at this so-called "lovely" restaurant. It's like discovering a sparkling oasis in the desert, only to find out it's actually just a mirage.

The staff seemed to have undergone intensive training in the art of indifference, excelling at making customers feel like unwanted extras in a poorly scripted sitcom. And when our luke warm dishes arrived, the server vanished quicker than a British person during a discussion about feelings.

The Bolognese and Calamarata Frutti Di Mare were nothing short of a comedy of errors. The lack of flavour in the dishes was almost as perplexing as understanding cricket rules on a rainy day. The portions were so meagre, I wondered if I had accidentally stumbled into a restaurant for Borrowers.

Oh, but wait, there’s more! For the crime of being gluten-free, prepare to be financially penalized. Because who needs basic human decency when you can charge extra for dietary restrictions, am I right?

Dessert? Who needs it when there's a gelato shop down the road beckoning like a siren of salvation?

Save your hard-earned euro’s and march on over to Pinocchio's in the shopping centre, where the staff actually remember you exist and the pasta isn't reminiscent of a rubber band workshop.

In the grand scheme of things, if you're seeking a destination for a delightful Italian meal, look elsewhere. Remember, chaps, never judge a book by its cover, unless you enjoy a good old dose of disappointment with your...

we ordered a table for my girlfriends birthday, when we arrived the waiter that checked us in just pointed at our table and said “there” so we went to sit down, nobody came for 15 minutes. i called someone over and she said sorry i cant serve your drinks someone else is going to come to your table wich took another 5-10 minutes( we where almost about to leave, then we finally got our drinks ordered.. then when we got our food we had pasta frutti di mare and a pesto lasagne the lasagne was not to be amazed by and the pasta frutti di mare was like the pasta was heated in a microwave. out of all the less fancy looking places we went to this is the first time we do not give a 5 stars and thats says a lot for the most fancy looking restaurant but hey looks dont say everything. luckely we could get...
