Sushi Tex Mex — Restaurant in Mogán

The food is good, however the service could be better. The waitress keep coming to our table every a couple of minutes taking empty plates (not entirely done with) while I was still enjoying and eating the food. Feeling like we have to be in a hurry finishing our food!!!! Another thing they can do is to correct the menu Futomaki (imperial), in the menu it says the sushi comes with eel but it doesn't. When we asked the staff he insist that it is with eel. Second time we asked (after cutting open the sushi) he left and went to the kitchen without explaining. He came back a few minutes later (after taking order on another table)!!!! And said he will handle it? But not clear what he was going to do. In the end we got another portion that comes with the eel and explained to us that the 5 pieces doesn't come with eel but only if we ordered 10 it will include the eel? Such a hassle to enjoy the food in this place. Please fix the menu so there is no more...

We were treated with a awfull racist attitude by a female staff . I was together with my wife and two daughters. Got a table , lady staff came and was completely stressed . Asked us rudely what we want to drink , we asked her to give us drink meny, for some reason she didn’t like our brown colour and threw the menu on us and said now see and tell me . We were shocked by her rude behaviour. We were too insulted to sit there so we left table and made a complaint to her manager . Servicio y personal PÉSIMO, la comida nunca pude probarla. La segunda vez que intento comer allí y no me atienden y encima la arrogancia del empleado que nos atendió. En ambas ocasiones han sido porque cierran el local a las 23horas y llegando incluso con tiempo. En esta última ocasión, el pasado sábado 15 de Julio, precisamente se llegó a las 22horas, habiendo una mesa libre en la terraza y otras dos dentro del local. Al llegar hablo y pido mesa para cuatro y entra otra de seis personas junto a nosotros que llevaba esperando algo de tiempo más. Decidimos esperar tranquilos sin querer ahobiar a que montarán nuestra mesa ya que no nos atienden en ese momento pero entiendo que tenían ajetreo x el volumen que se veía allí de trabajo y no pasaba nada confiados de que nos atenderían. Lo que a eso de las 22:30 otro de los empleados nos pregunta si esperábamos mesa le dijimos que sí y sin mediar más palabra se mete dentro del local, desmonta la mesa libre de la terraza, se cambia y vemos que se marcha... Es cuando entró y vuelvo a preguntar qué pasa. Nos informa de que no nos va a atender porque cierran a las 23horas y me deja de mentiroso cuando habían más testigos de lo que me dice en un primer momento. Todo esto recalcó con una mesa libre en terraza y dos dentro desde las 22:00 horas que llegamos!!!. Pedimos hablar con un responsable y la respuesta es que responsable son todos de una manera muy déspota. Por el trato, la mala educación y el poco tacto no volveré a pasar. Mi opinión personal es que en ambas ocasiones el local estaba llevado por personal y no por algún encargado o propietario ya que no se preocupan por los clientes y tienen más ganas de irse a casa que otra cosa Y QUE LO ENTIENDO... pero sobretodo dadas las circunstancias de la segunda ocasión que había una hora de margen y con disponibilidad... se comerá estupendamente pero muy poca seriedad, poco tacto y no estoy dispuesto a perder...
