Other reviews have already noted this is a small aquarium and not busy. That was our experience too but for €1 admission you really can't complain. And the fish and sea life displayed were sufficient and interesting. There was even a Stone Fish, the deadliest, most poisonous fish known, from Australian oceans. Silence is encouraged in the aquarium so it may not be the most suitable for young children and there is an internal staircase so not wheelchair of children buggy friendly but perfect for our needs. We came here as tourists; it cost €1 each and we saw some lovely fish, including sea horses. It takes about 25 mins to go around looking at all the fish, and worth it for just €1 each. There is the water and science museum just 5 minutes walk away. We also went there. See my other reviews.

Esta mañana, con el calor propio del verano he ido con mis hijos al acuario, un lugar que ya habíamos visitado en otras ocasiones y que nos hacía mucha ilusión volver a ver. Al llegar y disponernos a pagar la entrada, intenté abonar el importe en efectivo, pero la empleada nos informó de que no tenía cambio. Entonces al intentar pagar con tarjeta me dice que no le funciona el datáfono o que no tiene , ya no recuerdo.
Lo más llamativo ha sido la absoluta pasividad de la trabajadora, que se limitó a quedarse callada sin ofrecer ninguna alternativa ni solución. No mostró el más mínimo interés en ayudar, ni siquiera lamentó la situación ni se disculpó. Ha sido muy decepcionante tener que marcharnos sin poder ver el acuario sobre todo por la ilusión que tenían mis hijos y la falta de empatía de la señora de la entrada.
