A well-located cinema in a cultural center surrounded by several bars. All movies are in their original language, they call it VOSE (i.e. version original subtitulada Español). Sometimes they have Catalan subtitle. I had the opportunity to watch several Iranian movies in Persian. They show movies from all around the world, so you can enjoy the movies in your language. So obviously, movies from Hollywood or other English-speaking country would be in English. It is an old school cinema, theatre salons are a bit old, chairs and equipment too, but it doesn’t hinder the joy. There is membership system in which you can benefit from 12 free tickets for a year and have a discount (around 40%) for tickets. Read moreIndependent movie theater with four screens in a modernist complex from 1905. All movies are shown in original version, with Spanish subtitles in the case of foreign-language films. The screens are rather small and not of the highest quality, but that's okay for €3.90 the ticket (on a Wednesday). The sound-proofing of the rooms is horrible, though. During the entire movie, you could hear dance music and people cheering in a bar just next to the cinema. According to other reviews, this seems to happen regularly. Unacceptable—it ruins...
