It was hot (33 degrees), and I was at the mercy of my 3 and 6-year-old daughters. All I could think about was a bit of shade and a cold beer. I looked up and saw this beautiful Italian flag, which my wife and I decided would be a good place to stop.
We do love Spain, but we both have a deep love for the Italian people and way of life.
Pasa Nada is a little slice of Italia right in the heart of Salou, and it's owned by a fantastic Italian family. Mother Sabri out front, Papa Andrea out the back making some terrific food, and their daughter Silvia clearly has a love and passion for the place that will carry it on for another generation.
We had some drinks and food, and having visited Italy many times, this was as good as sitting in a local restaurant there. Their olives were second to none, and their pizza, handmade by Andrea, was beautiful.
Having been there with two children, they made sure to play the odd cheeky joke or give them balloons to keep them entertained, all of which made the experience more enjoyable for us.
Please do give them a visit if you are in the area; you will not be disappointed. It's the perfect spot for a little prosecco.
Well done, Pasa Nada, you have a little gem...
Read moreWhat a perfect find! My wife, daughter and myself stumbled across this little gem one afternoon after a very warm day at the beach. We decided to take some of the side streets home when we found this place and I am glad we did!
The food was great! Pizzas cooked to perfection, so full of flavor and the cheese just the right amount (and nice and stringy too).
The owners were also very polite and attentive. We have been back three times now. Once again for another cheese and ham flat bread and coffee, which I must say was very very nice and very well priced at 1.50 euro. Then a 3rd visit to try a mojito and I will say they were the best ones we have had during our time
All in all No Pass Nada is a must and I encourage everyone to try it. Also please note there is only outdoor seating so space and be limited, but if you get a space you...
