Bianco Seaclub — Restaurant in Torrevieja

If I could give 0, no doubt I would give 0. The service is absolutely shocking. I asked for gin tonic with slices of cucumbers. A waitress who looked like constantly lost in space and time there brought me gin tonic with 2 slices of oranges and lemon skin... NO COMMENTS. I had to complain so a supervisor would come to change my drink because that waitress wouldn't even say sorry because when I told her that I asked for cucumber slices, she brought... Just wait... The same glass of gin tonic, with the same slices of orahe and lemon skin and she just put 2 slices of cucumbers... People, brink qualified staff at least for summer season who can give a decent customer service. If I come thinking to have a nice time in a nice place in front of the sea, and then I see a dissatisfied waitress face who looks like fed up of her job... Sorry, I will not come there anymore. Great food and Excellent Cocktails – at Bianco Seaclub, Torrevieja

We recently visited Bianco Seaclub in torrevieja. We have been here a few times and the food and drinks are amazing, i would really recommend the dry age entrecote. The location of the restaurant is perfect, it’s right at the harbour and the view is great. The service is great, but what really made are night was the service of felipe ( the cocktail bartender). he was a friendly guy who made amazing cocktails, each drink looked amazing and tasted even better. What stood out the most was his excellent service. He took the time to listen, made great recommendations and even made a great cocktail that wasn’t even on the menu. We visited this restaurant recently because the views are truly stunning. On our first visit, we were told that tables with a view must be booked in advance, which was fair enough. For our anniversary, I booked a table for two and specifically requested a view. I even phoned to confirm, and was assured over the phone that our table would indeed have one.

However, when we arrived, we were told that no tables for two have a view — only parties of four or more are seated in those spots. To make matters worse, I was accused of never calling to confirm, despite having done exactly that.

The experience was deeply disappointing. As someone with a holiday home in the area, I had hoped to return often, but after this display of poor customer service, I will not be coming back. Thank you for ruining what should have been a special...
