Kursaal Bern — Attraction in Bern

We made a short stop in Bern after our helicopter trip. The reception staff were kind, friendly, and well-mannered. However, our issue wasn't with the room or the food. Between 10:30 and 11:30 AM, a housekeeper repeatedly opened our door without knocking. The first time, we were showering, and the second time, we were changing and were naked. We certainly wouldn't expect such an intrusion from a hotel of this class, especially since it wasn't even check-out time. The system should have clearly shown we were still in the room. When it happened a third time at 11:30 AM, my patience was completely gone. I felt unwelcome and pressured to leave immediately. Top notch hotel to organise business conferences. The quality of service is amazing, the view is breathtaking, food is excellent.
