I loved the thermal baths and enjoyed the spa until a situation which ruined my whole experience. After I was on the baths, I went to the bathroom to exchange my cloths and shoes. Then I wanted to go to the toilets before I was leaving the place, and suddenly I heard some woman screaming. I didn't understand who was screaming and why, so I looked around and saw the cleaner. Then she cane towards me and was screaming at me in Deitch. I didn't understand why she screamed at me, and said that I wanted to go to the toilets. She continued to scream and pointed at my shoes. I asked her what she wanted but she didn't understand me since she didn't know English. At some point she gave me something blue that I haven't seen before, so I asked her but she didn't understand me and wad really apset. At the end I understood that she wanted me to put it on my shoes in order to go to the toilets. But I just wanted to exit at that point and not go to any toilets. I couldn't find the exit and the cleaner followed me to every place I went. At the end some nice customer girl explained to me in English about the rules regarding shoes and showed me where was the exit. This situation made me feel really bad, and feel anxity, and I was sorry that I came to this place in the first place. I think that this cleaner should learn how to behave to customers and learn English if she wanted to talk to customers. Otherwise she shouldn't talk to any customer, and not yell at people and follow then and tarrify customers.

Nice baths and spa place to relax. Is it worth it - I have no idea as in Zurich everything is expensive (in comparison with London). So just leaving feedback below for improvents which could be done to make whole experience worth 5 stars(or to inform someone who is planning to go there). Reception didn't inform how the lockers work as its with digital key/tag (if you never used it before - it's confusing at the beginning how it works, after you know - it's easy) , also could told that you will need to bring back used borrowed towels all the way to reception instead of leaving them in the changing area. Showers only have shower gel (unless in was two in one but no label, so no idea) , could have included shampoo as well since there is a body lotion in changing room. Inside of steam bath they have water hose (to cool yourself down) but its without ending, so looks really cheap ( I have been in other places which have normal handles with pressure/water release trigger). Some bathing areas are not exactly comfortable to sit or lie down so they could provide cushions or pillows maybe. Having said above I'm not going to spoil you with good things about this place, so go without expectations and you will not be dissapointed. P. S. I actually really liked idea of no phones allowed inside - let's you to disconnect from the virtual world for a little bit.

One of the coolest places I have ever been to, and that's saying a lot. First, know there are effectively 3 spas here. There is the rooftop one, a series of pools downstairs, and then a "roman spa" experience that is also downstairs. It is below/above the B2 Hotel, but is not included, and you can stay the hotel without going to the spa, and vice versa. I can't say enough good things about this place. It is calm, stunning, beautiful. I recommend going in the evening, after a long hard day, with a partner. Some of the massage stuff is incredibly partner driven, and the people watching is a lot more fun with a partner as well. The view from upstairs is prettier at night, but the downstairs spa evening hours are touch and go. The food, water, and alcohol is quite a bit overpriced, and there is nowhere to store your stuff safely. A waterproof pouch in boardshorts pockets is recommended. The price seems steep, but it is absolutely worth it. Bring your least favorite pair of flip flops, as there is no where to store them, or anything, that locks.

The service is excellent, but the water temperature here is a bit too low. I caught a cold and had to leave Switzerland earlier. Compared to the hot springs I experienced in Bulgaria and Budapest last week, the water here is noticeably cooler. Following the ancient Baden thermal spa tradition, there are ten doors arranged, each spa area lasting for 15 minutes. Following the sequence, the rejuvenating springs are filled, including rooftop open-air scenic massage springs, cave floating, essential oil bath sprays, and warm stone steam rooms. Dozens of thermal pools, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, aromatherapy steam rooms, and a leisurely nap area allow you to soak in warmth according to your needs. The spa admission ticket costs 42 Swiss Francs, and the recommended "All-Access Pass for a Day (with bathrobe and towel, 68 Swiss Francs)" is approximately $77 USD. Enjoying each step of the Swiss springs can fill up half a day, and there are restaurant bars and a health tea area available.

Writing this as I have a post-spa beer. I can't recommend this bath and spa enough. I booked a foam massage and the Irish-Roman bath ritual online yesterday and then visited today. Being unsure about what covid protocols are in place I emailed them last night to ensure that I would have no issues visiting with the Swiss 2G+ protocols. They responded within an hour and I was good to go. I visited at 13:30 and it was moderately busy for a Monday but still relaxing. The staff are top notch - friendly, helpful, and professional. The baths are great, and the rooftop was beautiful. My massage was also really good, too. I highly recommend booking a massage and day pass combo to mix things up, but I think u should book in advance if you can to ensure you get a massage reserved. Very impressed with the level of care given by the staff and I feel so so relaxed. Exactly what I needed. Highly recommended.
