我們終於等到板橋客運站的啟用！ 從路邊到臨時站，跟環狀線板橋站連結著的新客運站，總算開放了。我先找了找民生需求必須點“廁所”，目前擁有兩層樓的遠程客運板橋站，只在二樓發現了常用男女廁所，一樓是無障礙類廁所。 當然一進門就有我們都熟悉的7-11，所以小食類過關；再來就是垃圾桶......目前我還沒有發現在哪裡可以丟垃圾？！？！ 二樓寫著休憩區，上來之後卻沒什麼椅子？！我們要在哪裡休息呢，相信以後會增加很多排客人座椅區吧，畢竟二樓的大面窗戶是很有放空感的，推推！其餘，像是購票、廣播、月台說明指示，都表示的算清楚，比起以前每一個時期的板橋客運站，都清新太多！恭喜！

this station is very minimalistic - but that's okay for me. i took a bus here to Yilan, though i was sold a later bus first, i was put on an earlier one shortly before departure. the bus to Taoyuan International airport will come and go every 30 minutes and cheaper than metro!! just make sure you have enough time and there is no jam...

Poor facility and no clear indication which way should i head to this bus station from MRT. You need google map to guide you here. The worst part is you have to purchase ticket in 2nd floor even you...

板橋客運站 售票口第五櫃台，耳朵帶單顆耳環的男性售票員， 服務態度差勁， 實在沒有資格站在售票口售票。

就在下午2點的時候，我要購買一張到屏東的客運票。 旁邊的螢幕顯示， 到屏東開車時間2點跟3點，但是這位男服務員告訴我說下3點半才有車。 我思考了一下決定買票， 然後我告訴這位先生說你們的電子螢幕顯示是2點跟3點開車，沒有3點半這個時間。這個先生就告訴我這不是他的問題，我就反問他這難道是我的問題嗎？ 他的態度惡劣至極， 我就告訴他：「我只是告訴你們你們螢幕的提供訊息是錯誤的，不要誤導民眾。」他說這不干他的事。好一句不干他的事， 接著就在我面前大聲責罵（應該是）負責電子螢幕訊息更新的人。

請問我需要看到這些嗎？ 請問這是板橋客運服務站的 服務品質嗎？...
