BURGER LIN — Restaurant in Taichung

Overhyped restaurant. Walked in with high expectations. Ordered a Peanut Butter & Bacon Beef Burger (195NT) and a Black Truffle Mayo and Mushrooms Beef Burger (200NT), both with fries and refreshment (+60NT). The burger buns and patties were prepared on a griddle instead of a grill. The portions were much smaller than expected (a tad bit larger than a Filet-o-Fish). The bacon in the first burger was dry and the overall flavor was bland. The second burger was seemingly better prepared. Fries were breakfast shop fries with MSG powder and the refreshments came in canned cola/sprite or a juice popper. For the price, I'd expect proper fries and...

I don’t normally give 5 stars out easily but this place easily has the best burger I had in Taichung (been to a few gourmet hipster burger joints). The price is is also good about 175-200 NT for a burger. Simple great price. Simple menu (4 diverse options… all equally good). Simple and clean and hip interior and not over done like other hipster types places. Just two people making burgers with good quality ingredients. The only thing that thing I didn’t like that much were the French fries. They had good seasoning on them but they were the cheaper skinny fries and I like the fatter and more potato...

✨松露林 (牛肉) $200 松露的香氣很夠 牛肉肉質算嫩咬下去也很juicy😙 另外麵包在出餐之前也會先煎過 有煎過的漢堡皮一律先給讚👍🏻👍🏻 ✨洋層林 (牛肉) $195 有點像洋蔥圈放進漢堡 但是配著芥黃醬蠻好吃的 裡面也都有基本配料 菇菇、番茄🍅、生菜、起司🧀 屬於蠻特別的漢堡 可以吃到不同層次的口感 ✨升級套餐 $65 薯條+飲料絕對是漢堡好朋友 超級必點呀‼️ 因為我個人覺得單純吃漢堡會有點無聊😂

✨Black truffle mayo & mushrooms beef burger $200 Strong truffle flavor and the hand-made succulent beef are scrumptious❤️ The crispy buns are also well-panned👍 With lettuce, cheese, mushroom, tomato, the texture becomes rich and 😘 ✨Crispy onions & whole grain mustard beef burger $195 It tastes like we put fried onion rings between beef and lettuce🤣🤣 But the mustard plays a good role in the hamburger🍔, Danny enjoys it pretty much ✨Combos $65 French Fries and beverage, the best matches of burger‼️ You will get stuffed after finishing them all😆

🪞Summary: Tasty meal with fair price, it's a good restaurant which worthwhile to recommend🫶🫶 But I saw there's a temporarily closed notification on their FB, better check again before going.
