Ono Shokudo — Restaurant in Taichung

Nothing too special about this place. The food seems like something you can get at the food court. The curry sauce was pretry good, has some spicy kick to it. The salmon was fishy and probably Not fresh.

Environment is clean and quiet. The place looks like a full service restaurant but its more fast food style. You need to go up to the counter to order your food and get your own napkins.

Portion is not too big. I would recommend for lunch if you decide to give this place a try.

Car parking is difficult...

The restaurant looks very cute and well decorated. Unfortunately we didn’t have chance trying their food since kids under 6 aren’t welcome here. There’s a sign at front door. We were quite shocked then we were told some Taiwanese restaurants do limit the age of costumers for better maintenance. We saw the photo of their dishes shared by other costumer and felt a little disappointed not being able to try. We’d love to come back after our kids...

外表是老宅建築卻有著文青風格的日式食堂 同時也是一家寵物友善餐廳🐶 一樓販賣文創小物及食器而二樓則是用餐區 空間寬敞整體非常舒適溫馨 餐點豐富之外擺盤也都相當美觀

喜歡可以下班悠閒吃定食的漂亮餐廳 可以洗去一整天的疲憊(▰˘◡˘▰)

「唐揚炸雞球飯糰套餐」$308👍 ▪️三角飯糰x2 飯糰米粒參雜藜麥，吃起來有些微QQ口感我很喜歡～一顆口味是鹽昆布，另外一顆是鰹魚香鬆，造型可愛又好吃兩顆根本不夠(私心❤️)

▫️唐揚雞佐高麗菜絲 每塊都採用去骨雞腿製成！是我目前在台中吃到心目中第一名唐揚雞🤩我就問有哪家會用整支去骨雞腿塊來做？真的很特別耶～ 外皮酥脆但不至於給人裹很多粉的感覺，雞腿肉肉質很嫩，感覺是有醃過的雞肉，不用沾醬或是撒胡椒粉就非常好吃了，只有三塊完全吃不過癮(๑˃́ꇴ˂̀๑) 不過畢竟他們家的唐揚雞是炸雞腿的部分，雞腿部位本身比較油，店家有放置吸油紙和一些高麗菜絲，可以稍微去點油，配上高麗菜絲也比較解膩！

▪️竹輪 將竹輪切成片狀，可能有用照燒醬處理過，吃起來甜鹹甜鹹的，上面灑上芝麻、海苔香氣更濃郁～很適合配飯！平常不太會吃到竹輪，沒想到還有這種烹調方式😗

▫️涼拌時蔬 有玉米筍、彩椒、碗豆、花椰菜、紅蘿蔔，很像鹹水雞的調味(´ސު｀)
