第一次服務的人員很友善，但專業度不足，配戴的眼鏡與實際度數少了25-50度，在調配過程一直頭很暈，但我畢竟不是專業人員，並不知道當下到底出了什麼問題，所以還是在最不暈的選擇下，讓服務人員製作鏡片，製作完成後當下一戴上整個暈到不行，也跟服務人員反應，但服務人員解釋我選擇的鏡框太大才會這樣，要適應2週，真的不行再回來調整，後續我配戴回家後整個頭很暈，雖然後續幾日有較適應，但眼鏡很容易疲乏，下班後就很想睡覺昏昏沈沈，走階梯都會有落差，要很小心走才不會踩空。

一週後的今日，再次前往調整，遇到的視光師才真正幫我配到舒適的度數，並提供專業的建議，終於可以好好配戴眼鏡了，當下也沒有頭很暈及踩階梯落差的狀況了，很謝謝這位視光師的建議，協助配最舒適的鏡片，真的是專業的視光師。 *因過去配戴眼鏡的16年間，到過其他眼鏡行配戴眼鏡都未遇過這樣的問題，建議視光師應素質齊全，教育訓練充足，才不會讓客...

連續兩天帶我兩個小孩來配眼鏡，反映配戴很舒適，當你要改變配眼鏡的習慣，剛開始你會覺得跟外面眼鏡店是否有專業上的落差？經過詳細諮詢後，從業人員都是驗光科系專業，而且發覺這裡的鏡框價格不亂標，更不需討價還價，超累人，鏡片也用非球面的，很不錯，擺在店裡的鏡框相當多樣，也很有質感，價格公道，個人真心的推薦給大家，不會失望。今天2018.04.03 我自己也來配一付眼鏡，戴起來非常舒適，還是有相當專業訓練驗光比較可靠，别小看這群年輕人的專業，服務態度又超和顏悅色的，真的非常滿意。今天2018年5月12日，換一位ALLY小姐驗光，原本帶丈母娘來配老花眼鏡，沒想到居然疑似有白内障的問題，建議先看醫生比較優先，等處理好再來配眼鏡，深受感動，不因業績而忽視客人的現實狀況，既然來了就叫老婆也配一副吧！Ally的溫馨服務，讓我們三個人都體驗到服務業的另一深層高度。

因工作關係需更換新眼鏡 看到木曜的一日系列跟朋友推薦下，決定來配一副試試看 位置在勤美誠品B3，電梯出來右手邊就會看到 整體環境寬敞舒適又乾淨，相當有精品店的感覺 這次為了保護眼睛，加配了許多功能，抗藍光、全視線、雙非球面鏡片…等 但價位是想不到的平價，搭配活動期間還有打折 另外還有保固期，是許多傳統眼鏡行所無法提供的 驗光師對於客人的問題都相當有耐心回答 驗光及調整度數也都是專業的解說 聽說配一般眼鏡可在20分鐘內可取件 會針對客人的需求調整，不像有些傳統店家，會刻意推銷高價位鏡片的情況 特殊鏡片則約7-14個工作天，提早完成會提早通知取貨 也可以宅配到家 在第一副取件後就決定再補配一副備用鏡 相當值得推薦的好品牌 開車族可停放於勤美停車場，共十幾層樓不怕停不到 發票可折抵停車費 配完眼鏡還可以到綠園道走走逛逛
