IKEA 瑞典餐廳 台北城市店 小巨蛋 — Restaurant in Songshan District

Crowded, noisy, have to fight to find a seat then leave our stuff on the chairs to make sure nobody take our seat while queuing for food.

Meals are not really cheap and few options are given. Food is really bad frozen food. Mashed potatoes are awful, vegetables have almost no taste.

These IKEA restaurants are not working in Europe. I still don't understand why Taiwanese are into that low quality food ! Taiwan has one of the best food on the planet. Don't go eat there, Taiwanese people ! Why ??????

Oh wait ! And after your pricey meal, you basically have to do the dishes.

I ordered plant balls for me and my Hindu friend who does not eat beef for religious reasons. We realized too late that they had given us meatballs instead of what we asked for. When I went back to alert the employee of her mistake, we received no apology. Instead, as if nothing happened, she brusquely told me that only one of our orders could be exchanged for plant balls at the time because they hadn’t made enough. Really insulted by this incident and I will not be eating at IKEA ever again. Please train your employees, this is so...

Furniture is standard IKEA furniture, comfy designs though. If you're going for the food, its standard IKEA fare. Tables are hard to come by though, it was probably five in the afternoon, and it was packed. They would do well to expand the eating area, this time the serving speed was a bit faster.
