平常日這裡都算是清閒.來往的香客偏少 大多數的香客都是在特殊節日來到居多 廟方相關人員友善度:偏低 門口有設置投錢箱也有標示各類品項的價錢.供香客自行購買拿取 廟方既已用此方式就該信任香客才是 去過很多次.只要現場有廟方人員在..都可明顯感受到監視的意味 說實在的真的擔心就派個人專門在那收錢販售即可 既要大家自助式.又不放心..這樣的態度讓人感覺很不友善

現況網路點燈以盛行多年 很開心這裡也加入網路這塊.提供大家方便 但是感覺像做半套的 別處的線上點燈.用意就是圖個方便 在網路上付款.填選資料..也就不需去現場辦理了 所以大多的廟宇都是.處理好後會再寄紙本的收據跟一些心意的小禮品給香客以示收到且已完成辦理

但這裡卻有點逗 提供線上點燈.然後卻要當事人提供證明.短時間內再到現場。才給予收據跟小禮品.且好像還要在時間內去才可領取甚至提到數量有限等字語

這樣使用線上點燈的意義是什麼呢 我若方便跑一趟.我何須要線上點.. 選了線上點燈卻又被要求短期內要到現場

重點..真的去領去了 櫃檯人員的反應更是逗..先是傻愣..然後感覺像是..你怎真的來拿?

廟方收錢給予收據好像是最基本不過的東西.為何變成好像我在圖你什麼東西一樣 所謂的小禮品是一雙筷子 這兩樣東西其實都很輕巧.用平信寄出都不是問題 為何一定要人來現場領取.還要求近期因為數量有限

如果真的連個紙本類的你都懶得寄 那又何必要搞線上呢

且加LOVE後.與其他寺廟比較.你方又過於頻繁出現這類線上點燈的貼文

讓人感覺你方明明就不用心.卻又希望香客用線上處理

在線上點燈這塊..真的不如其他寺廟 其他寺廟都是用平信寄出紙本收據或是輕巧型小禮品 這樣也才不用多跑一趟.才是真正線上點燈的意義跟便利之處 且紙本收據也才讓能我方得知.線上點燈廟方已確實收到資料跟款項並且完整處理好 不然我這資料也填了.錢也付了..我怎知道你方到底有收到嗎?

凡事都有進步的空間.希望能改善點吧 自助購買香品時該給予的基本尊重跟態度 或是改善販售方式也可以

線上點燈的後續處理.不是收了錢就好 後續本該主動處理.怎變成被動處理 如果一樣是線上點燈.你這讓我感覺困擾 那我自然會選擇更方便的...
