Extremely Disappointing Service Experience
I recently reserved a massage treatment at Health Land, expecting a high standard of service given the reputation of your establishment and the significant cost of the treatment (2,900 baht). Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my feedback to help improve your service standards.
I arrived at 11:15 for my appointment, which was scheduled to start at 11:30 and finish at 14:15. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay upfront, which is understandable, but after payment, I was completely ignored. No one provided any updates or information about my reservation, leaving me waiting in confusion until 11:40. When I finally asked how much longer I would have to wait, the staff responded dismissively and rudely, saying, “5 minutes,” without any apology or explanation for the delay.
Feeling frustrated and disrespected, I decided to cancel my reservation. Even after I made this decision, the staff showed no concern and did not apologize or make any effort to retain my business.
I then asked to speak with the manager to address the poor service I had received. The staff casually pointed to someone and said, “Speak with that guy.” However, it did not seem as though this individual was a real manager, as the rest of the staff appeared indifferent to the situation and did not treat the matter seriously. It felt as though they were simply trying to pass the problem off to someone without genuinely addressing my concerns.
The so-called manager offered an apology, but it was clearly insincere and felt like an attempt to get rid of me rather than resolve the issue. This superficial response only added to my frustration and made me feel even less valued as a customer.
As a customer paying 2,900 baht—an amount that reflects a premium service—I expected much better. Instead, I was met with unprofessionalism, indifference, and insincerity at every stage of my visit.
I hope this feedback will be taken seriously by your management team to address these issues and improve the service quality for future customers. A courteous and respectful approach can make all the difference in ensuring a positive experience, even when unexpected delays occur.
Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. I look forward to seeing improvements in your...
Read moreIn 2022, during my trip to Bangkok, the hotel receptionist recommended Health Land for a massage. The closest branch to us was in Asoke, so we went there. We booked four Thai massages and one Thai massage with herbal compress. Everyone was satisfied—the therapists were skilled, and the experience was great 💖
Because of that, I returned this year with two friends and requested strong therapists for all of us. The staff agreed, and we were placed in the same room. From the beginning, I sensed something was off with my therapist. I thought maybe she was a senior with a different technique, so I tried to stay open-minded. But it soon became clear the massage was completely off—no pressure, no rhythm, and very noisy. I couldn’t relax at all.
Even worse, the therapist didn’t seem to pay attention to the body—her movements felt random and careless. One of my friends noticed I was uncomfortable and encouraged me to go ask for a replacement. I rarely complain, but this time I had to.
When I told the therapist “No” after she asked if I was okay, I went downstairs and asked for a change. The staff was professional—they restarted the session and didn’t count the previous time. But honestly, once you’ve had a bad massage, it’s hard to fully enjoy the next one.
After the first therapist was called down, my friend’s therapist confirmed that she had been massaging carelessly and noisily. Even her colleague could tell. 🥲
Thankfully, my second therapist—Khun Yok (125) 🫶✨—was excellent. She was calm, attentive, and did her best to make up for the earlier experience. I really appreciate her effort.
It’s important for management to provide further training to therapist 069. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and smells lovely—too bad that one careless therapist nearly ruined the whole experience.
Management handled it well, and I’d still come back in the future—but I’ll make sure to request not to be placed with that...
Read moreWe visit Thailand numerous times a year for business and for holiday and we have been visiting Health and Land for numerous years.
I have been having oil aromatherapy massage every day for nearly past week before heading back home and some occasions has been good others were ok.
However, I had a massage today and it's the worst massage I have ever had. From the onset the lady that gave the massage seemed absolutely disinterested, I had to ask her if she could apply a little more pressure so it felt like a "massage" rather then someone just reluctantly applying the oil!
The experience was absolutely different to the ones I have been having, she was more interested in constantly changing the ac, washing her hands and I kept wondering if she was actually going to continue with the massage.
I felt absolutely uncomfortable thought-out having the massage unlike like before where during the previous massage I was made to feel comfortable. I really couldn't wait for the massage to finish and get out of there.
She communicated well at the start of the message in English then suddenly it was I don't speak English!
I had even took family members and associates to Health and Land previously and had been reommending to clients too.
I definitely won't be recommending Health and Land any more. Somehow it is not the same and while the ambiance is lovely the service is now less than to be desired.
The massage today lady made me feel really really uncomfortable, the lady was absolutely disinterested in her work, it is the worst experience I have had.
I definitely will not be going back here again and will definitely not be recommending it to any of my clients or associates again.
Furthermore, the staff are not interested at all in acknowledging the experience you had at...
