When you are lying and unable to pay attention, the curtain opens completely into an open space long time and anyone passing by the toilet can see your body.

For an essential oil or herbal massage, you must be naked and visible to everyone passing by. Even heard people passing by and said ”OOPS! Someone is there.”

It’s very no privacy and unsafe experience.

When you react to the staff, their service attitude is incomprehensible.

Disapprovingly, no apology and they argued with you rudely, "Because it's more convenient for our staff. You didn't say you didn't like opening the curtains. OK, you pay and go"

I don’t usually leave poor reviews unless absolutely warranted! A one hour foot massage 300 baht. 2 minutes into the massage a couple and there 4 year old barge into the shop with no consideration for anyone else the kid is jumping onto the chair next to me while the mother is waffling on at the top of her voice! Then the staff start and it’s a free for all! There is clearly a notice on the wall saying (quiet please) maybe they should try being quiet due to it being a massage parlour for relaxation! Poor service and the first time I have got up 25 minutes into a massage and walked , they have no concept of the word quiet and relaxing , it was not the girls fault who was trying to look after me . The rest of the staff were inconsiderate....

This is the best massage in Samui, and definitely one of the best we’ve tried in Thailand. Absolutely fantastic, caring, friendly and professional staff and the owner. This isn’t just a scripted massage, specialists really go out of the way to make sure you leave this place relaxed and relieved of pain. I recommend trying different specialists to find the one that is right for you. Aye is my personal favorite, just the right balance of gentle and deep techniques as well as calming presence. Pannee is a rockstar and an absolute pro, this specialist is strong and experienced enough to fix even professional athletes. We came here second year in a row and will definitely return next year....
