Didn’t like the no shoe entry, portion, presentation, behaviour, price. Update: I initially gave one star, now changing it to three as it is more fair. Let me explain more why three stars. Firstly, I’m just trying to help the business to learn from feedback and improve. Why no shoes? Is it a holly place? Should we respect something? What is different there from other shops? The floor is just polished cement or something like that. No carpet or rug. At first I thought no shoe thing was because they’re trying to say the atmosphere is here is a relaxing place which brings me to the next problem. There were three young and kind people working there. But they were talking and laughing loudly all the time we were there. And lastly the food, my wife got a smoothie that she quite enjoyed. I got Asai bowl which I didn’t enjoy. Let me explain why. On hot day next to the beach you want something cool and refreshing. Almost all bowl options didn’t fit this. Peanut butter, banana, etc instead of coconut, mango? Only one had mango which I ordered. Please pet nice and soft slices instead of hard part attached to skin. I had to take a few pieces of mango out of it with the wooden spoon provided instead of fork and knife. And the dragon fruit was a round piece with skin which my only option was to peal and eat with hand, that spoon could’t help with that at all. And then what should I do with mango and dragon fruit skin, put it in my small bowl while eating asai or on the table? Why not a plate for that. And that brings me to the final problem. Charging premium for small portions is fine if you provide good service. I can’t justify the premium pricing when portion is small, cutlery is missing, no plate for the waste, no quite atmosphere, no beautiful music, no...
Read moreWas excited to try this place based on the reviews, but was highly disappointed. Many bad things happened throughout the time I was here (not just to me, but to other customers as well). Walking in, a girl was parking her motorbike outside the front and an employee came out and said "you can't park here". She asked where she could park, and she said "I don't know, most people walk here and I'm not the owner." Giving the impression she didn't care much. Was hungry so went in anyway even though it gave me bad vibes. Didn't get any info about a menu then figured out I had to scan a QR code at the counter after 5 minutes of sitting there without anyone approaching me. After ordering, my smoothie bowl and fruit juice took over 30 minutes to arrive, it's very slow here. The smoothie bowl was okay, but if I knew the wait would be that long I would have gone elsewhere as it wasn't worth the wait. While waiting I heard the employee talking rude to other staff and about customers in Thai as I understand Thai. As I was leaving the same employee was yelling at the same customer who wanted to park her bike and asked her, "Are you happy with your life?" among other rude things. Overall, there are many other places with much more friendly staff and faster service in the area, don't be fooled by the high reviews as this place seems like it's going downhill. Hope they can figure out how to treat people better here. Also prices were way too high for this slow and...
Read moreIf you’re in Samui and craving smoothie bowls, this spot is a must-visit. I went twice, trying different bowls each time, and both were absolutely delicious - probably the best I had during my stay. The menu also offers non-fruit bowl options and juices, though I only tried the smoothie bowls.
The interior adds to the experience, with its beautiful and airy design spread across two floors. The first floor is air-conditioned, while the second floor relies on fans. I chose to sit upstairs both times, finding it spacious, comfortable, and refreshingly cool. As you can see from the photos, the décor strikes a perfect balance - not too cluttered, yet very inviting. Think natural tones, bamboo furniture, macramé wall hangings, and subtle boho touches.
Service was fast and friendly on both visits, and it’s clear the place is popular for good reason. Whether you’re there for the fruit bowls, the bakery, or simply to enjoy the ambiance, it’s a spot that won’t disappoint. Highly...
