Siri Heritage Bangkok Hotel — Attraction in San Chao Pho Suea Subdistrict

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights at Grand double room for about $95 AUD. The room was a good size. New, clean, in bronze - gold colours. I loved the decor not only of the room but also of the most common areas. Pool - nice pool but no sun as under a roof... So no sunbathing. Very unfortunate. Which also means that the water does not get as warm as it could with a direct sinlight. Breakfast - not great. I had breakfast because I like having something to eat in the morning, but my husband, after having his first two breakfasts decided to skip it. Our room had a bath tub and no shower, which, if you are to have a shower, the water would go to almost half of the bathroom. NO HOT WATER fist two nights. This is my biggest disappointment about this hotel. The water would come out warm but not HOT enough to enjoy a nice shower (and I've don't even like hot showers but it was even cold for me). I complained about hot water on our first night and it was only resolved in two days. Reception area - free biscuits tea and Coffey. Biscuits were superb. Staff - helpful but two of the reception people were not even local so when I called a hotel to help to give instructions to the taxi driver - they could not even communicate. No big deal - had to use Google maps. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would have stayed again if the breakfast was better and the was no issue with hot water and the pool (unfortunately this can't be fixed) didn't have...

Ubicación: Se encuentra en un barrio venido a menos, pero a 7 minutoscaminando de Khaosan Road. Buena situación. Tienen estacionamiento dentro del hotel para los clientes y vigilado. Tienen a disposición de los clientes bicicletas gratis para su uso. Al lado del jotel hay restaurantesy un Seven&Leven. A unos 5 minutos caminando hay un alquiler de motos muy recomendable por lo nuevas que tienen las motos.

Las habitaciones: Es el mejor Hotel con mucha diferencia en el que nos hemos alojado en Bangkok  son amplias, luminosas y con un buen aire acondicionadoque, este, si funciona el regulador. La TV son satélite y con canales en tailandes y otros idiomas. Unos 50. Ninguno en Español. La ducha amplia y el resto del baño muy bien surtido, con dispensador de Gel y Champú, así como emerites varias. La iluminación muy adecuada y cómoda. El suelo es de madera, dándole un toque muy cálido.

La Insonorización: No es buena (como es costubre en Tailandia), ya que se llega a escuchar la calle y la maquina del aire acondicionado, pero nada que unos tapones para los oidos no solucione (recomendable). En una escala del 1 al 10, teniendo en cuenta que es 10 es el nivel insonoro (pocos hoteles lo consiguen), este estaría en un 7,5 ya que no está en una calle principal.

El Desayuno. El desayuno en el restaurante, pequeño pero muy completo, con tortillas y Huevos fritos al gusto y recién hechos por el cocinero y a petición. Muy completo, con máquina de café que muele el grano al momento y regulable en intensidad. Poca bollería pero suficiente, con zumos, cereales y yogures. 10 platos diferentes y variados cada día.

La Piscina: Muy limpia (igual que el resto del Hotel), con sólo 3 tumbonas (suficientes ya que cada día que la usamos, estabamos solos). Servicio de oallas gratuitas y sin previo depósito. Dispone de una cubierta retractil para protegerla de la lluvia y el intenso sol, llegado el caso.

Servicio y personal: A nuestra llegada el atendimiento fue muy agradable y profesional. Resto del personal extremadamente amables y atentos y muy profesionales con nosotros y el resto de clientes.  Hay que decir que solicitamos una habitación tranquila y nos la dieron sin problemas. La limpieza, en los estándares europeos (nada fácil de encontrar en Tailandia, y menos en un 3 estrellas). Un 10 tanto en la habitación como en las zonas comunes.

Conclusión: Altamente recomendable y por supuesto que lo recomedamos y seguro que repetiremos, en este o en cualquiera de los otros 2 Siri que tiene la cadena. Un Hotel de 3 Estrellas con la calidad y el servicio de un...

We booked this placed base on reviews, location & photos. The photos shown looked like a big hotel or good size. however it's much smaller in person. It's small compared to what I assumed. The outside alley to get to the hotel is dirty & smells like urine. There's homeless people outside so you can imagine how dirty & smelly it is. I'm very disappointed because the photos & reviews is NOT ACCURATE. I would rank this place 1 star but the room is clean & the bell boy is nice. Truthfully I would not recommend this place because it's dirty outside & im not sure if I feel safe. I'm writing this review so people are more informed. I feel like the other reviews are based on convenience to the temples & restaurant but does not include the whole scope...
