Went in for hair wash and blow. Had to wait a bit as they only had room for 2 ppl at at time which was ok.

Then the lady washing my hair only washed the top part, didn’t wash the bottom.

Then, she used a heat protectant which was good however she got carried away talking to the other staffs that she literally burnt my scalp instead of moving the hair dryer around. Kept it at the same position for minutes.

She used a comb to blow and kept combing my face and ears.

When I told her, she got annoyed and changed the hair dryer to a hair straightener saying “ok ok I get it it’s too hot for you”

Then proceeds to straighten my hair and almost burnt my face with the device. I have wavy hair and they couldn’t understand what “blow curl” or “blow inward” meant. They only know how to straighten lol

Worst experience ever, not recommended. Their prices are high (tourist prices) and they do such a bad job. They’re not hair stylists, they’re ordinary ppl pretending to be one.

Me + 2 other friends went in and came out super disappointed

Unfortunately for us we discovered this place just 2 days before to leave Bangkok, because by very far, the staff here is the most professional that we have experienced at all the massages companies around the area offering this service. I’ve been very lucky to have two different sessions (foot massage and oil massage) with Ruay (it sounds like “Looe”), and my wife just once. The other woman I had was Yu, and she was as pro as Looe. Regardless I take massages from more than 20 years ago, I wouldn’t argue with a local Thai if the final result in the body is useless or useful (for me it is), but I could say that for any tourist looking for a nice massage (despite how much ridiculously cheap the price means in comparison with european costs), that in Darin you’ll find the best bunch of massagers ever! All what you have to do is to be as nice as they are with you, try to communicate kindly if you have or like something special, and that will be it, you’ll close your eyes and will go straight away into another world… The place is highly recommended, without any...

Do not recommend this place for a manicure! The woman doing my nails did not care about the outcome at all. Filing was done very quick and rough, it felt like she was ripping rather than cutting the skin around my cuticles and the nail polish was the worst. They clearly didn't care that the nail polish was very uneven and spotty so I had to tell them that I wasn't happy with it. They removed the polish and I had to chose a different color. The second try was slightly better but it's still uneven, with cotton in it, bubbles and uneven spots. I didn't say anything because I didn't have time to do a third try and was sure that it wouldn't have been better. The pictures are from the second color, I didn't have time to take pictures of the first attempt. Seems like a tourist trap where you get what you pay for (250 Baht). They take visa card but charge 5% fee. The place also wasn't the cleanest. To be fair, the girl next to me got gel color and seemed to be happy with it, so it probably depends on the employee you get to do your nails. Still...
