I last visited there in 2019 and it features high end stores, a food court and one of only 2 legitimate pipe and cigar stores in Bangkok.
It is near the Sala Deng MRT station and it is attached to the Silom Skytrain station with tons of street food and small local pop-up stores located in between the stations outside the mall.
A word to the wise: It is a very busy area with extremely heavy traffic at all hours. Although Bangkok is, for the most part safe, be mindful of personal belongings in this extremely crowded environment and be extremely careful if having to walk in the road because of jammed sidewalks...
