BEWARE OF SCAMMERS. DO NOT EVER patronise the entire stretch of make-shift mobile phone repair booths at Level 2 of Central Phuket Festival (below the cinema). The picture shows the booth where I had the horrible experience but just to be clear, the booths are all connected so if one cheats you...

Went to this booth to change the screen protector on my Note 20 Ultra as my previous protector was a temporary one and there were huge bubbles underneath. The guy in the picture quoted 600 baht (after discount) for glass and assured me multiple times that no bubbles will form even with my phone case on. The bubbles formed again instantly and the guy insisted that it was an issue with my phone case, which is ridiculous! He tried to sell me other cases that would not grip too tightly on my phone. When I insisted on having my current case on, he forcefully bent my case outwards in a bid to loosen the grip before installing it back and pushing out the bubbles. I was very reluctant to accept and pay but he again GUARANTEED that if I have any issues with the protector I could come back and look for him.

I had left the shop but subsequently realised the screen had CRACKED by itself when I took it out of my bag. In just 5 minutes?! To caveat, there was nothing in my bag that would have caused a crack nor did I sit on or knock my phone. The bubbles were also forming again even though I had subsequently removed my phone case as per their advice. I went back to the store and they were VERY DEFENSIVE, insisting that there was nothing that they could do. They (the lady in the picture and others) were also obviously talking about my issue in Thai, raising their voices while looking over. Such a change in attitude after they have earned your money. Anger, disgust and helplessness summed the end of my stay in Thailand. This has got to be the worst part of my holiday. Truly the...

An average experience for the average consumer. If you're looking for typical, run-of-the-mill clothing and don't mind splurging on overpriced luxury items, then this place will suit your needs. The mall boasts a variety of stores catering to the basic and less adventurous shopper, but unfortunately, it lacks that special something to make it stand out in a crowd of similar shopping centers.

While there are occasional sparks of creativity in the mall's visual design and a commendable effort to embrace modernity, the touchscreen maps seem more like a hindrance than a help. Navigating the two buildings requires a fair amount of walking, and the somewhat unintuitive maps can leave you feeling a bit lost. On the bright side, there are convenient pickup locations for ride-sharing apps and taxis, making transportation a breeze.

However, the outdated bathrooms are a disappointment, and the prevalence of knockoff goods vendors and poorly managed stores is hard to ignore. The absence of gaming shops, modern hobby stores, and a dedicated electronics store adds to the overall sense of mediocrity.

This mall has its merits, undoubtedly, but they come at a (high) cost. It's a decent place to shop if you have no other options nearby, but the lack of uniqueness, coupled with a less-than-stellar ratio of quality offerings, leaves much to be desired. If convenience is your main concern and you're willing to overlook some drawbacks, then this mall might just do the job for you. Or if you just don't care and only want to consume, here is the perfect place my consuming friend. Be a consumer to your heart's desire.

Central Phuket Floresta is one of the largest shopping malls in Phuket, offering a wide range of stores, restaurants, and entertainment options. The mall is located in the heart of Phuket Town, making it easily accessible for both tourists and locals.

Central Phuket Floresta is home to a variety of international and local brands, including clothing stores, electronics shops, and beauty boutiques. The mall also features a number of restaurants serving a diverse range of cuisines, from Thai and Chinese to Western and Japanese.

One of the highlights of Central Phuket Floresta is its impressive selection of entertainment options. The mall is home to a cinema complex, offering the latest movies in comfortable surroundings. There is also a bowling alley and an arcade, making it a great place for families and friends to spend time together. Last but not least, the lovely Aquaria Phuket, the largest aquarium in Thailand!

In terms of warnings, Central Phuket Floresta can get quite crowded, especially during weekends and holidays. It's advisable to visit during off-peak hours if you prefer a more relaxed shopping experience. Additionally, parking can be limited, so it's a good idea to use public transportation or a taxi if possible.

To get to Central Phuket Floresta, you can take a taxi or tuk-tuk from most areas of Phuket. The mall is located on Wichit Songkram Road, which is one of the main roads in Phuket Town. Just tell your driver you want to go to Central Phuket Floresta, and they'll know how to...
