We came on Monday at lunch hour and styed in the park till closing. You have to pay to enter the park - if I remember it correct its 250 per adult or kid over 6 y.o. Its a SINGLE ENTRY whichmeans you cannot leave and reenter the same day. In the park there is ice cream srand, few restaurants and WC (in the Cleopatra pools area) If you want to visit Cleapatra baths you have topay extra ticket - 130TL adult ot kids vefor 12 y.o. just a little bit cheaper. Also 1 time entry. You cannot come out of the pool and come back again. Bring your own towel as here its only option to buy towel. Kids till 16 y.o. not allowed in the deeper area of pool where carbonated springs are coming from. Camera man will offer you to take pictures and then after you done with pool you can choose if you want any of them printed to buy. Also there is an angel wings you can take photo with. Read moreNice place to stop by for a relaxing hour while visiting Pamukkale site. The thermal water is very warm and clean. We went there around 08:30AM on a weekday and it was already quite the few people and it was getting very crowded by 10am. There are quite many changing cabins, lockers where you can keep your stuff while swimming (you should have cash for locker returnable deposit). There is just one pool actually, one side of the pool is more deep and another ones are suitable for everyone including kids. It is super comfy to sit on the ancient columns in the warm water and relax. And afterwards there is a shower (however with a cold water) where you can wash yourself. Bear in mind that there is an entry through the special gate to the pool where you have to scan your ticket right before jumping into a water. You cannot take your phone with you to the water (it is forbidden 🚫). I would recommend going with water shoes as it is much more comfortable that way and not...
Read moreThe pool is something one must try but… The so called Apollo Cafe-restaurant -buff is a very pricey place, they take advantage that tourists have no other option to buy drinks and food on the site. Food quality not just isn’t good but the worst and very expensive, see the picture. A small bottle of water 40, a small coke 59 liras.
They also try to cheat: telling that accidentally they overcharged you a bit so need to cancel the card payment and transfer back the money and ask you to pay again. They wanted me to double pay that bad-expensive food. However, they didn’t transfer back, I could check on my bank application, it appears right away on it, so I just said screw it. They know you never come back and you can’t officially report them if they double charged you.
I can’t believe that the Turkish Government let this shop running on a famous, touristy place. This shop really destroys the...
