I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mom Eve Restaurant, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped by the warm and inviting atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. The decor is charming, with touches that reflect the rich culture of Turkey, making it a perfect spot for a cozy meal.
The menu is a treasure trove of authentic Turkish dishes, and I was excited to explore it. I started with the Shepard salad , which was a fantastic assortment of flavors—each bite was a new adventure! The eggplant salad was perfectly seasoned, while the dolma had a smoky depth that I couldn’t get enough of.
For my main course, I opted for the meat Shish Kebab, and it was simply outstanding! The beef was marinated to perfection, tender and juicy, served with a side of fluffy rice and grilled vegetables that were bursting with flavor. Every dish felt like it was made with love, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients.
The service at Mom Eve Restaurant was exceptional. The owner of the restaurant Halil Pala was friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food. He wss more than happy to recommend dishes and share the stories behind them, which added a personal touch to our dining experience.
And of course, I couldn’t leave without trying the Baklava for dessert! It was the perfect sweet ending—crispy, flaky, and just the right amount of sweetness. I could have eaten a whole tray!
Overall, Mom Eve Restaurant is a hidden gem that I can’t recommend enough. Whether you’re a fan of Turkish cuisine or new to it, this place is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their delicious offerings!

Read moreA Taste of Home at Mom Eve Restaurant! Mom Eve Restaurant truly lives up to its name – it feels like stepping into someone's warm and welcoming home. From the moment we walked in, the people were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at ease. It was lovely how they proudly pointed out several dishes that were lovingly homemade by "mother," adding a special touch to the experience. And let's talk about the food! Everything we ordered was delicious, but the fries were a definite standout – perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. You can tell they put care into their cooking. Unfortunately, there was a slight hiccup with my döner order, but honestly, the way the staff handled it was truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to make it right, apologizing profusely and ensuring I was happy. To top it off, they treated us to complimentary Turkish coffee and tea, which was a lovely gesture and a perfect end to the meal. While there might have been a small issue, the genuine kindness and effort of the people at Mom Eve Restaurant shone through. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is remarkable, and the delicious, home-style Turkish food makes this a place I would highly recommend. If you're looking for a restaurant with great food and even better hospitality, look no further...
Read moreThe worst food we had in Turkey. The owner/waiter saw us walking outside and said: "best restaurant, fresh food, if you don't like you don't pay". We honestly didn't believe that but we were hungry and decided to give it a go. I wish we read the reviews before going. The hummus was dry and didn't taste good, stuffed peppers were horrible and reheated with microwave and same for the green beans (fasule). But this isn't even the worst part, when he brought us the Tavuk Donur (a wrap with chicken) as soon as I tasted it I understood it was gone off. The waiter and owner tried to apologise and confirmed that the donur was not good and tried to offer a cheese wrap. It wasn't good either as the cheese tasted sour and gone off too. It is a shame as Turkish food is amazing and the location is nice but the price is very expensive (Yes we still paid apart the chicken wrap which he canceled). I don't recommend this place at all. The room inside was foggy and full of smoke as well, we had to have dinner outside in the cold. Overall a disaster that...
