Pop City — Local services in Abu Dhabi

I visited here for the first time with my 2 sons . Would give the ice lollies 5* as my both boys enjoyed them and the concept of the flavours. When we first walked past there were tables outside but no chairs. When we walked back 5 minutes later there were now chairs on a table but the table was dirty.... There were some young boys playing on the spinner for the whole time we queued up for the lollipops and my sons sat outside and ate. When we were about to leave my sons wanted to have a go on the spinner- I asked the people working in the shop whether they actually win or whether it is just for fun.... had no response I sent a WhatsApp which was read less than 10minutes later and not responded to. Won't be going back to a place that has 0 customer service

Lovely popsicle shop! High quality, very delicious and wide variety and range of flavors. We had the Pina colada, strawberry Nutella and the berries cheesecake. The fruity ones were very nice and full of flavor, but we didn’t really favor the cheesecake one. The staff are very very kind and very welcoming. The prices are considered ok compared to the popsicle size. Prices range from 15-20 AED. Definitely recommend it for a refreshing bite while walking in Yas...

Worst customer service ever!! At 22:15 on Eid 01/04 holiday the staff with showing no respect telling me with unprofessional that she is closed and taking with very rude way and she kick us out and closed the shop door despite all Yas bay opened and working, not recommended at all Staff and customer service...
