i had an absolutely fantastic experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Padmi and Bhim, the amazing bartenders, and their outstanding manager, Mali.

Padmi and Bhim are truly masters of their craft. Not only did they expertly craft delicious cocktails that were perfectly balanced and creatively presented, but they also made sure to engage with every guest at the bar, making us all feel welcome and appreciated. Their passion for mixology is evident in every drink they serve, and they even took the time to recommend some unique concoctions that were just out of this world!

Mali, the manager, was equally impressive. It's clear that Mali runs a tight ship, but with a warm and personable approach that really sets the tone for the entire establishment. Mali was constantly ensuring that every guest was having a great time, stepping in to assist when needed, and making everyone feel like a VIP.

The arabic manager Sinan and the Indian manager at Y bar are the most unprofessional employees. At Morocco vs Portugal game they refused to change the commentator to arabic whilst most of the customers were requesting it and the only answer they had is “that’s the policy and even if most of the customer request it…we will not accommodate the request” this was said to us in a very rude way. These managers are hired to add value and bring a great experience to client but unfortunately they hired the wrong people for these jobs. These are managers that have no clue of entertainment at hotel/bar in yas island , and just imagine that yas island is literally the island of entertainment!!!! Hotel management is all about the customers experience, customer journey, and entertainment. I hope this review gets taken seriously by the top management that took the final decision in hiring...
