I bought tickets to F1, west Grandstand tickets with motorcross, with pit lane inclusion. I didn't get to see the motorcross as it wasn't on the same weekend, it wasn't stated on the advertisement. I was prevented from experiencing the pit lane walk because of the Usher, he wasn't trained properly and said our tickets didn't include it, customer service is of no help, I've been completely disregarded, they have shown no care. As for the food service on site, it's all fast food vans, but I don't think I got anything under 30 minutes. The worst Grand Prix experience I've had, will not be entertaining coming back here ever again. I feel sorry for those Ushers, no wonder they can't do their jobs properly having to stand in one spot all day from 7am til 10pm with a 30 minute break. As for the App, terrible. If the app would have had my Pit lane walk shown as inclusion of the experience we wouldn't have had this problem but the app was terrible. It a wonder we even got into...

A2RL was an amazing experience. The AI vs. human and autonomous races were the main events. However, the drone racing, drone show, and fireworks made the spectacle a memory that will last. Thr hospitality and food were also amazing. Well done to the organizers, the staff, and Abu Dhabi. I enjoyed staying until the end and seeing H.E.
