Bait Al Mandi Restaurant — Restaurant in Dubai

As a genuine customer and mostly curious about the Resturant reputation I am extremely not satisfied about the food I ordered from the Resturant, I have been a loyal customer to the brand and always having my orders/ dine in at other branches and never complained ever, and this can be checked from my previous reviews, However getting excited and has this disappointment it just can’t be justified as there’s no standards as it has been cooked differently.

soup quite strange texture and taste. Bread was dry as cooked yesterday. Fahsa too oily and undercooked - tomato sauce seems cooked in a pan not at the original pot and spicy above average as ordered for. Indian cuisine. Rice has weired spices not fresh and definitely its preheated - could be due to less consuming. Tikka is dry and over cooked. Kunafa was normal nothing to complain.

Unfortunately food has been left and sadly thrown.

The paid amount is 85/-aed, that’s no worries about, but what irritates me it’s paid in a brand which has high value and never met the standards

I did called the branch I always go and order through and asked is it under same management and they confirmed, later received a call as I asked to be called by the Managment but it was from a cashier however I asked to be called by the management .

Note - this tissues were had the excess oil removed

They didn’t call back as promised So will advice...

Set in the backdrop of the beautiful Address Sky View Hotel, this restaurant offers some absolutely scrumptious Mandi, Grills, Salad, dessert, Milkshake & juices. We had visited this Arabic restaurant on recommendation to us by a friend mainly to try the Mandi. After the visit all we can say that we just loved the food. Ambience is cozy & seats were comfortable. Ample parking is easily available just behind the restaurant.

Chicken Mandi we tried here is easily one of the best we tried so far. The rice paired with the Mandi was very flavorful & moist unlike the other restaurants i had visited. Chicken is super moist & falling off the bone. Both the kebabs were also excellent to taste. Dont forget to try the Fattoush & Hummus too, you will love it. A special shoutout needs to our wonderful server, Muhammad, he is very polite & efficient in his work.

Overall we had a wonderful experience. So, Mandi cravings anyone ? Do drop by at Mandi's. Highly...

I have ordered quarter chicken mandi i have paid 15 AED first then they told for quarter only take away, then i told the cashier to return money i dont have space to eat. The cashier told its Ok you can dine In. I have gone to table , then some of guys from kitchen asking something to cashier for quarter mandi its only take away heard that., they watching me and talking like that. Ok anyway they given mandi. Ok i have started to eat, i didnt got the mayonnaise. I have asked one of the guy from Kitchen "Will i get mayonnaise"? , he told there is no mayonnaise"he told me to eat with arabic salsa(tomato chutney) then he gone . I said "OK".Mayonnaise without a mandi is not a mandi... AFTER i have finished mandi i feel so guilty why i entered to this shop i feel so sad. I have gone to counter asked one of the guy i think he is head i have asked you dont serve mayonnaise? He said: its available. Then i noted to mind that i will not go to this restaurant anymore. I feel so sad... Not because of mayonnaise,how they treated me Its bad...
