As for the yacht experience, it was nothing short of breathtaking. The yacht itself was a masterpiece of design and comfort, with immaculate interiors, spacious decks, and every amenity you could dream of. We rent the Azimut 55 . The crew was exceptional—warm, attentive, and highly skilled. They took the time to take us amazing pictures in the most famous hotels of Dubai. They anticipated our needs before we even voiced them and went above and beyond to ensure our time on the water was perfect.

From sipping champagne as we cruised along the coastline to enjoying gourmet cuisine prepared onboard, every moment felt like a scene from a dream. The captain’s expertise ensured a smooth and scenic journey, with stops at hidden coves and pristine beaches that made the experience even more special.

If there was a 0 star option i would choose it. This review was supposed to be there on june 19, 2023. But decided to have it now as the matter was not resolved.

READ BEFORE YOU HIRE THEM:

First, i dont know why i dealt with this company, i been doing things directly without a third party and here when i use one for the first time this happens.

I contacted them for a car jet for my birthday. However, they sent me a payment link and booking details of 950dhs , first i have to pay 50% now to confirm the booking and then the other 50% when I reach the place. Immediately i asked the person whos in charge. How would i pay for something without even knowing the details. So i did my search and got fooled with the high rating here. I pay them the 430, i go to the place, then BOOM. The place is SHUT. Well I called the guy ( supervisor)from the company( which was the shut place) ofc no answer. And then I whatsapp (dubairiani) I receive a reply oh the supervisor hasn’t received any calls from me bla bla , then sent a screenshot of calls, and still the problem not solved . After ruining the whole day plan and being very unprofessional with solving the issue. they said sure we will do a refund, funny fact is that since 2 months there was nothing back to my account.
