Severe Food Poisoning Experience at Marina Kitchen - Diners Beware!"

Yesterday, my family of seven dined at Marina in Dubai, expecting a delightful evening. Regrettably, our experience was far from satisfactory. Six of us shared a fish dish that seemed appealing initially. However, just two hours post-dinner, all six individuals suffered severe food poisoning symptoms. It's distressing to realize that what was supposed to be a pleasant meal turned into a health nightmare.

Additionally, as someone who appreciates the rich flavors of Indian cuisine, I found their Indian dishes deeply disappointing. Having experienced various Indian restaurants in Dubai, I regret to say that Marina Kitchen's offerings do not measure up in terms of authenticity or taste.

I urge potential customers to reconsider dining here, especially given the serious food safety issues we encountered. It's crucial for a restaurant to maintain high standards of food freshness and quality, and unfortunately, they failed miserably on this front. Dining out should be a joyous occasion, not one that leaves you ill...

Disappointing Breakfast Experience at Marina Kitchen

Visited Marina Kitchen after a long time for breakfast and ordered a masala dosa. I had hoped things would have improved since my last visit, but unfortunately, the experience was just as underwhelming.

The dosa served was cold, and when I pointed it out to the staff, instead of making a fresh one, they simply reheated the same dosa on the tawa and served it back. When I questioned this, they casually admitted to reheating it rather than preparing a new one.

After so many months, the only noticeable change is an AED 2 price increase—not the quality. The masala dosa was subpar, and the approach to customer service was disappointing. If the chef isn’t willing to maintain proper standards, perhaps management needs to enforce better guidelines or reconsider staffing.

A restaurant should prioritize freshness and customer satisfaction—reheating a cold dosa instead of making a new one is unacceptable. I truly hope to see improvements in food quality and service on...

Very bad food ! I m going to write this for the public awareness, this particular restaurant uses some chemicals (soda) almost all thier food I got bloating after had food rush to doctor done testing says had chemical mixed food inside stomach .. this is second time happened to me , I had same issue before soon after taking food from this restaurant months ago thought it was due to my stomach issue also I have informed the restaurant manager (cashier ) if it was from the restaurant side and check with your chef .. but no feedback given and I never ordered from this restaurant after the incident..
