Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre — Attraction in Dubai

I had an elaborate plan in my mind to propose to my now Fiancé over the weekend but didn’t know where and what to do. I chose Four Seasons DIFC because of the reviews I read and the excellent service from the staff i received even before the booking was done. We had the time of our lives and we owe it to all the dedicated staff at the hotel.

I would like to thank Klaudia the most for her relentless efforts in making our day one of the most special experiences of our lives. She has given us a day to remember for a long long time. She was in constant communication with me throughout the whole planning stage on how to surprise my NOW Fiancé and it was done to perfection. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. She was so professional and willing to help with everything which confirmed to me that this hotel was the one for me. It is extremely important for a plan to be executed with perfection as long as communication is there and she did not let up even for a second and was on point the whole time. She helped me out with everything i needed whether it be the room service or taking care of the cake and the balloons in the room. She even got us an upgrade which was so nice. It was a perfect stay for us and it couldn’t have happened if it was not for Klaudia. She really is a good asset for the hotel and i highly recommend this hotel for a romantic stay with your significant other and just asked to be transferred to Klaudia at the concierge. Klaudia is a friendly and hard working individual who goes out of her way to give you that WOW experience and she definitely is a great person to deal with and have on any ones team. Thank you again Klaudia for the exceptional service you gave me and my Fiancé and we will never forget the level of hospitality that we received from you.

There were other staff members mentioned below who made us feel at home too and they also add that value to the hotel. I would personally like to thank all the staff at the hotel who have been nothing but helpful and accommodating to any request we had. My Fiancé and I had the the most special time one could imagine.

Anna who is the Assistant Outlet Manager also made us feel really special at the restaurants and it added to the value of service. She was very friendly and gave us complimentary food items and it was a pleasure to talk to her. She is a great person to have at the hotel as well.

Alice and Maan at the front desk form the time of checkin were so excited to be a part of the plans that we had made and they are very friendly and good people to deal with. Their services were spot on and i was very comfortable that i made the decision of staying at Four Seasons. These two people know how to satisfy clients and their wants. great bunch of people to deal with and it was a thorough pleasure.

Joao was our waiter at Mina restaurant and he really knew about the menu and what we should eat. He was very nice to us and welcoming as well. He gave us great service and the food at the restaurant did not disappoint us at all. Compliments also to the chef who prepared the food as it was delicious.

Sidhip was the person who got us the wine for the table. His knowledge and passion of wine really helped us make the right decision. He makes the restaurant and the client feel special.

Lastly we would like to thank Oanh as our waiter where we had breakfast during our stay. She is a very friendly person who knows how to deal with customers and she really made the whole breakfast time feel really special to us. Bringing in complimentary food items and the service was excellent. She is a brilliant member of the hotel staff.

The Four Seasons DIFC boasts an excellent location at the heart of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), making it a convenient choice for business travelers or those visiting the financial district. However, the hotel falls short in several key areas that may affect the overall guest experience.

Room Size & Amenities: The room sizes are notably small. While this may suffice for short business trips, it feels restrictive for longer stays. Families should also note that the hotel is not child-friendly. Unlike other luxury properties in Dubai, it lacks essential amenities such as baby cribs, making it challenging for those traveling with young children.

Comfort Issues: The air conditioning is excessively cold and difficult to manage, even when switched off, making the rooms uncomfortable for many guests. Privacy is another concern; room service staff frequently attempt contact despite the “Do Not Disturb” setting, using methods like paper notes, the in-room iPad, and even WhatsApp. This level of intrusion detracts from the peaceful retreat expected at a high-end property. Additionally, loud music from the restaurants below can often be heard late into the night, disrupting sleep and further diminishing the overall comfort.

Valet Service: One standout feature is the valet service. Hussain, in particular, provides exceptional service, ensuring guests feel warmly welcomed and cared for during their arrival and departure. His professionalism and friendliness are noteworthy highlights of the experience.

This is really a home run. |I have been travelling to Dubai regularly since 2004, stayed in many 5 star hotels and resorts; and FS DIFC is easily the best business hotel in town. ||Disclaimer, this property is not a resort or a large property, so my review is based on the merits of a business hotel (my favorite hotel in Dubai still remains to be Four Seasons Juneriah beach by a mile). ||Four Seasons DIFC is at the perfect location within DIFC - the main business district, especially for high end meetings. So, it will be the most convenient place to stay in town for meetings (especially considering Dubai’s increasing traffic). Also, most people are more than happy to neet at Penrose cafe inside for business meetings, if you are inviting them to join. ||Rooms are top notch within the 5 star business hotel segment; has a very good breakfast/lunch/dinner restaurant (Mina Brasserie) and is adjacent to other great restaurants like Avli & la petit maison. ||Staff & service is as one would expect from Four Seasons, and has a good cigar bar upstairs. ||Overall, if you dont need the resort type of luxury, but want something more functional & high end, this is THE place to...
