West Hill Supermarket (L.L.C) — Local services in Dubai

I’ve been a loyal customer of West hill for more than 5 years, consistently using their delivery service, even for smaller orders as low as 10 AED. However, I recently had a disappointing experience. The person managing their WhatsApp orders, possibly named Adnan??, refused to accept a 14 AED delivery. The reason given was the long queue for the lift in my building. While I understand that the lift can be busy as always, I was willing to wait, but he still declined to process my order. This place is nice. However on this date 15th June 2021 the cashier and the person attending the phones are rude! Do not pay attention for delivery! Asking to refund the money back as they could not deliver an order for water in more than 2hours!! What kind of service is this surely!

If you are to run your shop satisfactory, change your employees or train them! This is disgusting to be on the phone for hours asking them to deliver an already paid for order!! Wasting people time and not delivering.

Look into your working staff for date June 15th evening. Especially the staff picking up the calls between 7:30pm and 9:30pm!! No...

The staff and owner are extremely irresponsible. Whenever we raised concerns, instead of addressing them, they were quick to argue with us. The person at the billing counter was especially rude and unprofessional in their behavior. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
