We stayed at Tower Plaza for 10 days. While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the rest of the experience fell far below expectations.||What We Liked -|Rooms are spacious, and comfortable.||Challenges Faced -|- Reception staff lacked professionalism and courtesy. Repeated calls for assistance were either redirected endlessly or ignored altogether. The service felt cold and judgmental rather than welcoming.|- Indians are not valued or respected here. This must be stated clearly. The treatment was visibly biased, with staff going out of their way to serve foreign tourists while completely disregarding Indian guests. It was disappointing and uncomfortable.|- This is not the right hotel for vegetarians. Their menu offers barely one vegetarian option per category, with no flexibility or willingness to accommodate dietary needs. For example, there were no rotis, naans, or no paneer in paneer-based dishes during our entire stay. If you like cupcakes, sweet bread, pancakes, waffles, unfortunately it's only for non vegetarians. Many of the vegetarian breakfast items were served cold, clearly re-heated, and lacked freshness. The quality felt more like leftover food than a freshly prepared buffet. You are made to feel as though being vegetarian is a problem.|- The hotel has 64–65 floors but only four elevators, leading to long waits of 30–40 minutes, especially during breakfast hours. Finding a seat at breakfast after 8 AM is difficult. The atmosphere is chaotic, and guests are often rushed to vacate tables as staff prepare to close.|- Housekeeping staff are unavailable after 5–6 PM, even though the hotel claims 24/7 service. If you miss them during their routine hours, your request may not be fulfilled at all, regardless of how many times you call.|- In-room dining services reduce portion sizes if they notice you're ordering regularly. This was a recurring issue for us. You're better off ordering from outside restaurants via delivery apps.|-Communication was another major issue. Several staff members did not understand English, making basic requests difficult to explain or follow up on.|- Essential amenities such as iron, bathrobe, dental kits, or tissue boxes were not available unless specifically requested. Even then, they were often delayed or simply not delivered. Room cleaning was inconsistent and often incomplete.|- The sockets in our room weren't working. The staff provided no solution for it. Half of things are broken. |- During our stay, we requested a call back from the hotel manager. Despite multiple follow-ups, no one responded. In case of an emergency or urgent requirement, do not expect support from the staff, unless, perhaps, you are not Indian.|- There is very little to experience within the hotel itself. Considering the price point, many other properties in Dubai offer far better hospitality, inclusivity, and guest care. This hotel does not meet the standards of a five-star establishment.||Tips for Future Guests -|- If you are a vegetarian don't pay the hotel for the breakfast.|- Ask for the Sheikh Zayed Road view, it’s the best part of the property, offering beautiful city skyline. The views of Museum of the Future and Burj Khalifa at sunrise are absolutely worth it.|- During breakfast you can request them to make aloo parathas, veg pancakes and waffles, but you have to inform a day prior lol.|- Vegetarian guests should rely on food delivery apps like Careem or other local apps. The hotel menu is not accommodating.|- Plan your own itinerary online in advance. The hotel’s travel assistance is minimal and unhelpful.|- Be prepared for delays with elevators, unresponsive service, and lack of assistance when it matters most.|- We don't recommend this hotel to families/couples planning a vacation in Dubai. ||Final Thought -|We came with high hopes but we are disappointed. It’s not about perfection, but about the willingness to serve. Hospitality should not be selective. We sincerely hope no other guest, especially Indian or vegetarian travellers, faces what we did. When every guest is paying the same price, such disparity in treatment feels not only unfair but deeply disappointing. If you're expecting respectful service, dietary inclusivity, and basic professionalism, this may not be the right hotel for you.||Hope this helps someone else...

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Tower Plaza in Dubai from 8th July till 14th July, and it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel exceeded our expectations in numerous ways.
Check-in was a breeze, and we were pleasantly surprised when they accommodated our early arrival by providing us with an early check-in. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth start to our stay.
The rooms at The Tower Plaza were simply fantastic. They were spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed. Despite being located on the 50th floor, the elevators were generally prompt and efficient. Although there were instances where the waiting time extended to 4-5 minutes, the average waiting time was approximately 3 minutes. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident.
One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional staff. The entire team was well-trained and displayed professionalism at every interaction. We were particularly impressed by Varun and Rishabh, the restaurant managers, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. The waitstaff, including Eve, Olaitan, and others, were attentive and friendly, ensuring that our dining experience was enjoyable. We cannot forget to mention Jaintha the chef and the other talented chefs who prepared delectable meals and were accommodating to our special requests. Kudos to the entire restaurant team for their outstanding service.
While our stay was outstanding overall, there are a couple of areas where slight improvements could be made. Firstly, we did experience some delays with the housekeeping service. It often took 2 to 3 reminders before the housekeeping staff arrived to tidy our room. The average waiting time for housekeeping was approximately 30 to 45 minutes. We recommend enhancing the efficiency of the housekeeping operations to ensure a more timely service.
Secondly, we found it slightly inconvenient that the pool area and fitness center were located in the adjacent parking building. Accessing these facilities required crossing a common connecting bridge, which unfortunately lacked air conditioning. Considering the scorching temperatures during the summer, it would be beneficial to provide a comfortable and climate-controlled passage for guests.
On a special note, our stay coincided with my wife's birthday, and The Tower Plaza made it truly special. They surprised us with a delightful cake and a selection of fresh fruits, adding an extra touch of warmth and thoughtfulness to our check-out day. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the hotel for making this occasion memorable for both of us.
Overall, our stay at The Tower Plaza was a fantastic experience. The smooth check-in process, spacious and clean rooms, attentive staff, and delicious food made our stay highly enjoyable. We appreciate the efforts of the entire team, especially Varun, Rishabh, Eve, Olaitan, Jaintha, and the other chefs, for their exceptional service.
We highly recommend The Tower Plaza to anyone visiting Dubai and looking for a fantastic hotel experience. While there are minor areas for improvement in terms of housekeeping efficiency and the pool area's accessibility, these did not significantly detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel. We look forward to returning in the...
