Al Safa Tower — Local services in Dubai

I give this building a rating of 0. Terrible place. Where the authorities of Dubai look, this building is located in the very center of the city. From my experience with this building, I do not recommend anyone to stay here. Let's start with the fact that there is always a queue for the elevator, especially from 5 pm, when everyone returns home from work. There are 4 elevators, one is not working, 2 are shaking, especially number three, it feels like it is ready to break and fall. Inside the building, air conditioning does not work on any floor. Many apartments are dirty, with a musty smell of mold. Complete desentery. It is not even possible to leave the place of residence, as the security guards do not give this opportunity until 12...

The building itself is top-class — great location, excellent offices, and well-maintained interiors. But I have to be honest… the lift queue was so long, I thought, ‘Why not just take the stairs to the 5th floor?’
