The Emirates Towers, located in the heart of Dubai, are iconic twin skyscrapers that have played a pivotal role in shaping the city’s skyline. Here’s a concise overview: 1. Architectural Marvel: The Emirates Towers, consisting of Emirates Tower One and Emirates Tower Two, were completed in 2000. Renowned architect Hazel Wong designed these structures, emphasizing a sleek and modern aesthetic. 2. Prime Business Hub: These towers are more than just architectural landmarks; they serve as a hub for business and finance. Emirates Tower One primarily houses corporate offices, while Emirates Tower Two is home to the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel. 3. Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel: The hotel within Emirates Tower Two is a luxurious establishment managed by Jumeirah Group. It offers a blend of opulent accommodations, dining options, and state-of-the-art conference facilities, making it a preferred choice for business and leisure travelers. 4. The Boulevard: Connecting the two towers is The Boulevard, a stylish retail and dining destination. It provides a vibrant atmosphere for visitors and tenants alike, offering a range of high-end shops and restaurants. 5. Sky Bridge: One of the most distinctive features of the Emirates Towers is the Sky Bridge. Connecting the two towers at an elevated height, it not only serves as a striking architectural element but also houses the exclusive restaurant, The Rib Room. 6. Iconic Status: The Emirates Towers have become symbols of Dubai’s rapid development and ambition. Their prominent location along Sheikh Zayed Road and their distinctive design make them easily recognizable and frequently featured in promotional materials showcasing the city. 7. Business Events and Conferences: The towers are a preferred venue for business events and conferences, owing to their central location and world-class facilities. The state-of-the-art meeting rooms and conference spaces contribute to Dubai’s reputation as a global business hub. 8. Evolving Skyline: As Dubai’s skyline continues to evolve, the Emirates Towers remain a key element in the narrative of the city’s growth and transformation. Their enduring presence signifies not only architectural achievement but also the economic prosperity of the region. In summary, the Emirates Towers stand as a testament to Dubai’s ambition and success. Beyond their striking architecture, they play a vital role in the city’s business landscape, hosting corporate offices, a luxury hotel, and providing a dynamic retail and dining experience. The towers contribute to Dubai’s global image as a city of innovation, luxury, and economic vitality.

Was invited to a big 2 day professional meeting to this beautiful hotel last night, which was my first time. Getting there took few twists and turns but the entrance alone was impressive, with its own side street off a busy roundabout in the middle of the financial hub in town. There is a circle in front with a view of the hotel entrance to the right but a huge roundish metal structure a bit to the left with Quranic verses carved out all around it. Quite impressive to see it right in front of you (pictured). The lobby is huge w very hi ceiling. The meeting was in the Godolphin Hall to the left, quite convenient and one needs no help finding his/her way. Only the Mövenpick by the airport has such an impressive entrance to its Hall off the lobby. The passage area in the middle of Godolphin was big enough to accommodate a big gathering, with a quite big reception area to the left that has many tasty nibblings on display. The meeting hall was on the right side of Godolphin, its acoustics were all good, no echoing at all despite it being big. The dinner was at Mundo, with access from the left (and around) of the lobby and from the right. Outside the main restaurant hall, there is a sitting area which is quieter than it's Hall, good for private conversation. That Hall has a huge glass facade with tables lined up by it with nice views outside (greenery, hi buildings, some water, etc). The food islands are spread out but the space between and around them was a bit too tight. I was told each week night offers different cuisine: Asian, seafood, butchery, Arabic (225 per person), and 2 international ones on the weekend (168 per person). Bec of our gathering, last night was supposed to have been Asian but was changed to Arabic. All the different dishes were tasty, the ouzie was amazing altho not much was left (the lamb was very tender and tasted wonderful), the grape leaves dolmades was a bit salty but well-cooked (as it is supposed to). There was the cheese corner with at least 5 kinds, all good. There was sometging that was bitter and could not decipher it, but finally realized it was the "almonds" from a bowl of hazelnuts and small "almonds", the latter were the source of that bitterness which lingered for a while and I had to suppress it with Sprite and the hazelnuts. The dessert (pictured) was all good, every bit of it. Aside from the bitter almonds (which indicates that someone skimped on merchandising), all was beyond expectation. This hotel is a very good example of "you don't know how good something is until you try it.

So, I recently had the chance to visit Emirates Towers in Dubai, and let me tell you, it's one impressive place! These twin towers are a stunning sight that stands tall and proud in the city's skyline, embodying elegance, style, and everything modern. First things first, these towers are seriously eye-catching. The sleek and futuristic design is hard to miss, and you can't help but be amazed by their sheer size and prominence. The glass exteriors add an extra touch of sophistication and reflect the energy of the city beautifully. Now, let's talk about what's inside. Emirates Towers is like a buzzing hive of activity. It's a bustling business hub, housing some top-notch corporate offices. You can feel the pulse of Dubai's commercial world just by stepping foot inside. But it's not all work and no play! The towers also offer a fantastic range of high-end shops and boutiques, where you can indulge in some retail therapy. And oh, the dining options! From fancy restaurants to casual cafes, there's something to satisfy every palate. Make sure you take a trip up to the observation deck, because the view is something else. You'll get a jaw-dropping 360-degree panorama of Dubai's iconic landmarks. Seeing the city from that height is an experience in itself. Would never return! Worst hotel we’ve stayed in Jumeirah. We travel very often often to UAE I know ins & outs and have high standards. We expect a high standard. Waited over an hour to check in and taken to our room. Front desk didn’t explain our access and timings to executive lounge which we paid extra for so missed out. Room is ok, but I’ve stayed in better sized. Sofa was wet in lounge area. Office space is good with large work desk. Tea coffee facilities. Good comfortable beds but just bit hard. Sons abscess busted & leaked. Room service failed to change sheets. When we returned they had simply just made the bed without checking & changing sheets. Called room service to report it they claimed room was made up but will come out. 60 minutes later rang again, they came and handed me the sheets expecting me to change the sheets! Disgrace! he gave attitude so I put him straight by showing the sheets hadn’t been changed. He was very apologetic, called the young boy who originally cleaned our room and they both re-set the bed. Room service was not good standard for this hotel nor worth the stay. We were very high up so noise from traffic was very minimal and quiet. Stunning city views, especially at night. Breakfast is not ok. It’s a very small dining area which doesn’t reflect the capacity of the guests staying here. It needs to be bigger! Very crammed and squeezed in. We are early birds so in at 8.30am, but others had to queue after 9.30am to get in. Meeted & greeted at arrival for breakfast. Ali is the best waiter! Very committed and very professional even under pressure and tension as people waiting to get in, staff are pressured to get guests out quickly but Ali was brilliant. The rest need to smile more. Dining area overlooks poolside which is small area and not much seating, but again it’s a business hotel and not family friendly. Juice station is brilliant fresh juice made to spec. Continental breakfast options very poor. No beans, eggs awful and fouls Madame not good or offered. Total let down! We stayed on 54th floor I believe so we had the executive package & access to executive lounge. This is extra cost but highlight of the stay. Staff could smile a-bit more but food and service was excellent! Couldn’t fault the choices or food. Would not recommend this hotel for the amount we paid we received poor quality of food & choices at breakfast, poor room service and poor standards. Reception manager doesn't know what he’s taking about and misjudged his guests. offered us to stay at their other new developed site for families which wasn’t even ready or complete. Until we showed him we’re here for business and who we are dealing with, then he puckered up a bit and treated us better. That put him straight! . Won’t be overpaying to stay here again. We have Stayed In much better hotels in other areas or in Jumeirah with good quality food & overall service & high standards than this....

Dear Jumeirah Emirates Tower,

We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service and unforgettable experience we had during our stay at your esteemed hotel from the 5th to the 8th of June 2023. We had booked a deluxe room to celebrate our daughter's academic success, and we are overwhelmed by the warmth and generosity extended to us.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Ms. Maha for her assistance in making the booking process smooth and hassle-free. Her professionalism and attention to detail ensured that all our requirements were met, and we are grateful for her support.

Upon arrival, we had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Saba, who welcomed us with genuine warmth and a smile. Her helpfulness and efficiency during the check-in process were commendable, making us feel valued and appreciated as guests.

To our astonishment, we were upgraded to a suite room, which was beyond our expectations. The suite was not only spacious and luxurious but also beautifully adorned with flowers and a heartfelt congratulations message. The sight of the cake placed on the table was a delightful surprise and added to the joyous atmosphere of our celebration.

We would also like to express our gratitude for the complementary Wild Wadi water park tickets. It was a fantastic experience for our family, and we had an incredible time exploring the park's attractions and enjoying the thrilling rides. We felt privileged to be guests of Jumeirah, which granted us the opportunity to visit the renowned Museum of the Future. Without your assistance, acquiring tickets for this sought-after attraction would have been nearly impossible. It was an enlightening and thought-provoking experience, and we are grateful for this exclusive access.

Furthermore, the beach passes for Jumeirah Nakheel Sarai were an added bonus. We spent relaxing moments by the pristine shoreline, soaking up the sun and creating beautiful memories as a family. Your thoughtfulness and generosity truly exceeded our expectations.

Words cannot adequately express our gratitude for the exceptional service, attention to detail, and unforgettable experiences provided by your dedicated team. The extraordinary efforts made to make our stay special will forever be etched in our hearts. Jumeirah Emirates Tower has set a remarkable benchmark in hospitality, and we are truly grateful to have been the beneficiaries of your exceptional service.

We look forward to the opportunity to visit Dubai again and experience the unparalleled hospitality of Jumeirah Emirates Tower. Thank you once again for making our stay a truly memorable one.

With heartfelt thanks,

Manish...
