Posting this review for public utility as I my self look a lot at Google reviews before moving in or buying an appartment in dubai Lived in a studio in the Palm Tower I would say it is a 9/10 Direct access to nakheel mall and waitrose, really usefull for everyday meals No noise, build quality seems really good, just hearing some sport cars sometimes Gym is mid but since there is not much people you can do your training still, there is also a gym in nakheel mall Views are amazing The building is very clean The staff is really friendly À lot of trafic in front of the building friday / saturday evenings You dont wait too long for the elevators compared to some buildings I was before Maybe 1 out of 10 delivery the delivery guy can’t find the service elevator and I needed to go down to pick up my delivery

I would definitely recommend...
