When we booked for dinner we were informed the table was reserved for 2 hours. We were rushed to our table as soon as we arrived and the feeling we had was they wanted us in and out. This experience was slightly annoying nonetheless we ignored this and were determined to enjoy the evening with the various artists performing. They were great 👍 we arrived at 8.30 and by 10 pm one of the waitresses took my wife’s plate and after noticing that my wife was surprised, she asked if she had finished, to which she had no choice but to agree. Dessert…hmm could we have a coffee as we were not into dessert. As soon as we received our coffee the waiter asked me if we would like the bill 😡 I would understand if he had asked this at 10.25 but 30 mins before was unacceptable. We were aware of the 2 hour limit and would have anyway asked for the bill before that. I then told him we were still having coffee and if he could come a bit later as they all kept on interrupting while we were watching the performance on stage. They did the same to the two tables next to us. This was disturbing to us. A couple of minutes later at around 10.10 the server started removing the table cloth while we were sitting. I am in the service industry but I have never experienced such horrible treatment from a restaurant that is supposed to be of a high caliber! The overall pressure made us feel uncomfortable. The food is absolutely 10/10 quality. We were blown away by the delicious cod fish, the perfectly cooked lamb chops, and the exquisite carpaccio with truffle. Every bite was a flawless.

Just when you think it can't get better, a DJ turns the entire venue into a vibrant nightclub, and soon everyone is on their feet dancing! The flawless piano performances and the powerful vocals throughout the evening were just "WOW."

Despite the restaurant being fully booked, the service was impeccable. The staff was always attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed without a single lapse.

I have never seen anything like this in Dubai. A perfect fusion of gourmet world class dining, Broadway-level show, and a top-tier nightclub. An absolute must-do! I can't wait to come back and have been recommending it...

I am very disappointed and shocked by our experience at Aretha, from our arrival to our early departure the service, food and interactions were disastrous When we arrived the table was split into 2 for a group of 13 people, when we asked to put it as one the waitress was very annoyed and showed it clearly to us After ordering the food and reconsidering it 2 min later, it was refused to us to change the main dishes as apparently it takes more than 1 hour to prepare the chosen mains (whereas we received them 15 min later) The quality of the mains is scandalous specially knowing that they were the most expensive from the menu (i.e. very cold wagyu meat priced at 1600 AED) Prices not consistent: lobster pasta listed at ~800 AED but charged
