This was my second stay this year, so i knew what to expect, and that is, efficient, comfortable, clean, affordable accommodation, with options to self-cater, which i often prefer (the supermarket is across the road to get whatever you need). ||Staff are excellent, across all domains. Rooms clean, spacious enough, very comfortable beds, and quiet AC. ||We had great sleeps throughout both our stays (total 12 nights), no issues with noise nor other guests doors slamming etc, nor street noise - except for the occasional supercar dropping the metal - as they do out there! :) ||Bathrooms/WC all functional and have what you need - there are no negatives. Housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly and available to deal with whatever you needed, ie extra coffee pods or clean towels etc - our room was made up daily, to a high standard (well done and thank you to Sunethra & Sajad).||We enjoyed the wellness spa, highly recommended, and i think overlooked (even tho i couldn't work the jacuzzi! the sauna was great and very very hot which what i wanted). The gym is perfect for a few days stay and had what we wanted, could want for more.||The buffet breakfast on offer is excellent value, so i recommend you to pre-pay this option when you book. We could not really ask or want for more. One thing i would would comment on, and i think this ought to be looked at - is a self service coffee machine, as its often busy during breakfast service and trying to get a coffee by asking staff isn't always as good as it could be, we often had to ask/chase, accepting they are busy clearing tables and putting in the coffee orders - but the provision of a self service machine dispenser (actually two would be preferable) would make a huge difference and reduce wait times and free up staff from this activity - you see this at most major hotels these days, so having to ask staff for coffees is a little passé in this day and age tbh.||We especially loved the location on West Beach (even tho the traffic is hell getting to and from at weekends/nights/ when you head out and back via taxi!). ||The beach is great and also we loved to be able to jog on the west beach promenade early in the mornings whilst its in the shade (ie before 8am ;)) many people out running/walking at 0700, and its safe for solo's too.||We used the gym daily, excellent, and the pool, all great.||Big smiles always from Elmo, and Nme on the front desk. Thank you for making a great stay - we shall be back later this year, 100%!||(Ps: theres a great bar just down the road 5mins away, part of the Radisson - Esco-Bar, open til 3-4am, we went there upon arrival at the hotel at 1am ;))) the place is buzzing! great...
Read moreOur recent stay at Adagio Premium The Palm was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism that set the tone for the rest of our visit.
The reception staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. A heartfelt thank you to Andrea and Elmo for their friendly assistance during our check-in — their welcoming smiles and efficiency made us feel right at home. During check-out, Natasha made the process just as seamless, and we truly appreciated her kind and courteous demeanor. A special mention also goes to Nikhil, who was instrumental during the room booking process; his support and attention to detail ensured everything went smoothly and contributed greatly to our overall satisfaction.
Housekeeping was equally impressive. The team consistently maintained our room to the highest standards, ensuring it was always clean, fresh, and comfortable. Their dedication and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and it certainly added to the quality of our stay.
One of the highlights of our mornings was the breakfast experience. The coffee was excellent—rich, flavorful, and a perfect start to our day. We’re especially grateful to the friendly waitress from Myanmar (apologies for not remembering her name), who greeted us each morning with a cheerful attitude and attentive service. Her warmth made our mornings even more enjoyable. The buffet spread offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes and preferences. A big thank you to the chef and kitchen team for consistently providing well-prepared, high-quality meals.
The hotel itself offers great value for money. With its spacious and comfortable rooms, modern amenities, and impeccable service, it stands out as a top choice for both leisure and business travelers. The location is another key advantage—easily accessible and conveniently situated near key attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city or attending business meetings.
Overall, we are incredibly grateful to the entire team at Adagio Premium The Palm for their hospitality and dedication. You’ve made our stay truly memorable, and we look forward to returning again soon. Thank you...
Read moreStayed here for a few weeks while waiting for my permanent rental accommodation to get finalised. Location is convenient towards the base of the palm so you can get anywhere within 15-25mins. You have the whole west beach on your doorstep and the Nakheel Mall is within short walking distance via a nice park walkway so you can avoid the busier roads.
I started in a studio room but then moved upstairs to larger room and the rate was extremely reasonable and definitely worth the extra price. I would definitely recommend spending the small extra fee for the larger room as it makes a massive difference.
What set this place apart for me was the standard of service, it’s a smaller / boutique style vibe so you get to interact with the staff a lot more than at most places.
Reception staff Ashraf and Natasha were extremely helpful and understanding when I needed to move room, they took the time to find me a quieter and larger room which made a big difference, very professional.
Abu was amazing help with moving my luggage between rooms and is super switched-on and a very nice person, whilst Amer was really helpful with assisting me to work the washing machine and brought hanging rails for drying with no fuss and good speed.
Finally at the restaurant Joseph and Sena provided a first-class service delivering a delicious curry at late notice when the restaurant had nearly closed, they went above and beyond to help me in my time of need.
In conclusion if you want party-party / high-luxury stay at Five or Fairmont, but if you want no-nonsense but also good quality at a respectable price then stay Adagio, it’s a good base for exploring Dubai plus they also have their own private beach.
But again what sets this place apart for me and why I would recommend it to other business travellers is the people working here and the level of professional and...
