I checked into your hotel last night and, unfortunately, left with a strong sense of disappointment regarding the service.

1.We requested a glass, yet our request was completely ignored, and no one followed up on it. 2.My female friend was held at the reception, and while I understand if this is due to hotel policy, I was shocked when the receptionist (who was in charge between 11 PM and 12 AM) told her that for 100 AED, she could enter our room. This raises serious concerns about the exchange policies in place. Is this really the standard practice? I would appreciate a clear explanation, and I kindly suggest that your receptionist be more careful and precise with their words in the future.
