We got the chance to finally visit this shop this morning. To our surprise, there is no queue and they are ready to take our orders. Since we have just gotten our breakfast, we were still feeling full. So we asked Andrea(staff/crew) to serve us their best selling milk tea. She gave us several options to choose from. She even gave us some tips and suggestions since there are a lot of options to choose from and we were getting confused. Super WOW for her effort to make sure that we understand what she was explaining. She was also very helpful and accomodating. Everything went very smoothly. I've see on the previous reviews that some of them are really upset because of the long queue(of course there is long queue because you were trying to avail the buy 1 get 1 promo 🤭 ) and I believe preparation for orders may also take time. Me and friends went to MIT in Al Rigga. I was excited to try the avocado cream cheese since avocado is one of my favorite and this was recommended by one my trusted friend.

Sadly, the taste was bitter, I was not happy with the choice I made. I shared to one of the staff about my feedback and I was told that avocado is normally bitter. I explained an avocado is normally bitter only if it’s serve unripe which was probably the case and he agreed.

Replacement was only offered when a friend confirmed the taste of the avocado is so much better from the other branch.

Please make sure that you guys serve fresh ripe avocados next time to avoid such a comment like this and please continue to satisfy the people who loves bubble tea by serving a good quality ingredients with...

We ordered 4 different drink with sinkers -- quality of products are superb. Definitely one of the best milk teas if not the best, justifying the long waiting time.

But then service can be improved. We were initially served with no sinkers in all our drinks, we had to point out that we did pay for sinkers. Also, we all ordered less sugar, but we were served with the regular sugar level. We know because this is the 3rd time I ordered since they opened last week and have always ordered less sugar.

Edit: Ordered 3 more times, 2 out of 3 sugar level was wrong. Once they made it right, after emphasizing twice that I need 50% sugar level for my order. UGH, the inconsistency is frustrating! Adding photo of the freebie I got as proof that I have been...
