ORCHID HOTEL — Hotel in Dubai

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Orchid Hotel Dubai and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The reception staff set the tone for a wonderful stay with their humility and warmth.

During my stay, I encountered two remarkable individuals from the night staff, Madhiya and Nishant. Their level of helpfulness surpassed my expectations. One instance that stood out was when I needed an extra water bottle during the night. While most hotels charge for such requests, Madhiya went above and beyond, providing the bottle without any additional cost. Nishant was equally accommodating, displaying humility and attentiveness in answering all my queries.

Moreover, the reception staff, especially Shrika, demonstrated outstanding customer service. I overslept and requested a late checkout. Shrika not only understood my situation but also agreed to the late checkout without hesitation, ensuring a stress-free departure.

Even when I misplaced my room key, the hotel displayed generosity by not charging me for the replacement. This level of consideration and understanding made my stay even more enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the room was commendable, contributing to a comfortable and hygienic environment. While I did not opt for breakfast, I can only imagine that the high standard of service extends to the dining experience as well.

One noteworthy advantage of Orchid Hotel is its proximity to Rigga Metro Station, providing easy access to Dubai's efficient public transportation system. This proved to be incredibly convenient, allowing us to explore the city with ease and flexibility.

It's important to note that it is has nightclubs. However, I personally found that this did not impact the overall tranquility of my stay.

In conclusion, Orchid Hotel Dubai left a lasting impression on me due to its outstanding hospitality. We are booked tonight 6th December 2017 at room 202. First impression was so disappointed due to when we entered to our room it was too smelly, then we have to request for a refrigerator as its not in the room and also no kettle as well as complimentary water, coffee sachets and tea bags. Which we have to ask many times and they bringing it one by one. Also they clearly mentioned that their room are soundproof but its not true as the music from the club on the groundfloor can be heard loudly. Also staff from the recieving area including the reception all lazy and no proper coordination as we ordered food outside and they not allowed the delivery person to bring our order to our room, they took it and they mentioned to the delivery guy they will bring it to our room, the delivery guy called us immediately to inform us that the food we ordered been given to the staff person at the main entrance 30 mins been past nobody bringing our food to our room so we called to the reception and check with them our food delivery but they had given us answer that there is no food for us then again we called the delivery guy to check again where is our food then he mentioned he had given it to the doorman, after that we decided to goes down and look for our food delivery, we found out that our food was just kept somewhere and the person ( office boy ) they requested to bring the food to our room didnt do it. Feedback on My Recent Stay

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback about my experience.

Firstly, I want to commend your staff for their excellent service and hospitality. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and I appreciated the efforts made to ensure a pleasant stay.

However, I must mention some concerns that affected my overall experience. The noise from the bar and disco made it difficult to sleep, as the loud music continued until around 4:30 AM. This is not ideal for families or guests seeking a quieter environment.

Additionally, the breakfast arrangement, although having a good variety, was set up in the bar and disco areas. This made it uncomfortable for me, particularly from a cultural and religious perspective as a Muslim, so I did not partake in breakfast after the first day.

I hope you will consider these points to improve the experience for future guests, especially those seeking a more family-friendly and culturally considerate environment.
