THAKS!!!YOU RUINED OUR 2023 NEW YEARS EVE!!!!

I AM NOT FOND OF LEAVING A REVIEW UNTIL A WORSE EXPERIENCE IN YOUR HORIBLE FACILITY..AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE I DONT WANT ANYONE TO EXPERIENCE AT ALL.

YOUR HOTEL IS VERY OLD AND ALL NEED TO UPGRADE.ITS LIKE ABANDONED BUILDING. BAD SMELL AND SOFA, CURTAIN, TABLE, TOP SHEET NEED TO CHANGE IT IS VERY OLD AND DIRTY.

PLEASE DO UPGRADE AND RENOVATE ALL OLD THINGS INSIDE THE HOTEL. IT IS VERY SHAMEFULL THAT THERE IS HOTEL LIKE THIS IN DUBAI. RECEPTION HAS NO AC.WHILE WAITING FOR THE KEY IT IS VERY HOT THERE. ITS LIKE ALL THINGS THERE ARE VERY OLD AND DIRTY...ALL AREA IS NOT CLEAN AND BAD SMELL. VERY HORIBLE ESPECIALLY THAT OLD CURTAIN LIKE ALL DUST IS IN THERE.

THE FRIDGE NOT WORKING.NO ANY COMPLIMENTARY TEA OR COFEE OR EVEN JUST A KETTLE TO MAKE HOT WATER. CORIDOR IS VERY BAD ODOR.

IF THERE IS ONLY WAY TO GIVE YOU NEGATIVE STAR. SINK IN THE BATHROOM IS BROKEN AND ALSO THE CARPET IT VERY DIRTY THAT REALLY HURT ME😭

I REALLY RECOMEND YOU TO CHANGE ALL THINGS IN THERE..OR IF NOT, I ADVISE CUSTOMERS NOT TO BOOK THIS KIND OF HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR HOLIDAY.YOU WILL JUST FEEL AWEFUL AND CRY.

IF I AM TO UNDERSTAND THIS KIND OF HOTEL, IT IS LIKE FOR DRUNK PEOPLE FROM THE BAR ONLY TO HAVE ROOM FOR THEM AND NOT FOR ENJOYING HOLIDAYS..YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.

NEVER COME BACK WITH THIS HORIBLE HOTEL AT ALL!!! IT IS VERY SHAME TO RECOMMEND, YOUR HOTEL IS EXPENSIVE THAT I DINT EXPECT TO SEE LIKE THIS...YOUR BEDSHERT HAVE STAIN LIKE BLOOD IN THERE...EWWW!

FELLOW CUSTOMERS PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO READ REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING ANY HOTEL, AND ALSO ALWAYS CHOSE(REFUNDABLE) OPTION.

IVE GONE FROM OTHER HOTELS WHICH THEY MAKE ME FEEL AND SMELL LIKE A RICH ONE. THIS HOTEL MAKES ME FEEL LIKE DIRTY CHEAP PROSTITUTE😭😭😭 WHERE WE JUST WANTED TO CELEBRATE NEW YEARS EVE..CANT FORGET THIS EXPERIENCE.

THAT IS A LESSON LEARNED...

0 star if possible! It was the Eid holidays , so we couldn't find other hotels. First, the reception was really rude, we didnt get the room we booked. He said the executive room(which we booked earlier) wasn't available at the moment 😒

So what's the point of booking in advance?? The rooms they gave us at first were full of cigarette smells and very dirty. So we fought with the staff to give us a better room. They eventually did, but it was the same.

I guess they dont have housekeeping, rooms and tiles are full of dirt and stains. No drinking water , no towels , no toiletries, dont expect. We reuested extra towel, no one brought us.

Hair drier not working. Carpets full of stains , cigarette smell. And there are clubs uptairs, i guess, so you can expect the music till 2-3 am. Worst part , their parking , we paid 30 aed extra to park in the basement , parking are so small and dark.

I wouldn't go back there again. And I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

The behavior of one of housekeeping supervisor is worst I cannot believe how they are working and behaving with the guest very rude, showing attitude and telling to guest solve your problem by yourself then the question is that why we are staying at your property? Even I have found bed bugs in the room I am just explaining them this this happened they are telling to adjust till next afternoon and overnight I have rashes on my body I asked for room move I understand that if house is full I need to wait it's ok but the behave he treat us it's disaster I took the video of bedbugs how ever he should make us calm and should try to solve the problem he was blaming us that I bring the bedbugs with my luggage what Is this another worst thing i my self working in a hotel industry but never attend a guest like that if u guys cannot solve the problem atleast should have some professionalism in your work that how to handle the guest this is my 4th day that this property rest 26 days pending no idea how I it will goes my vacation plans looks like going disaster becoz of this...
