OK... been meaning to check this place out but never quite got here but have now and got to say... If you like high-end name brands ( only Gold Label end in Tk.Maxx ) then this is the place for you. If not, then it may be hard to reconcile the final price that you still have to pay post discount if you're used to the lower designer brand range. ( just got to get it in here, lower range designer brands still decent enough for most of us everyday folks though.) To begin with, train ticket from Marylebone will set you back £30 return. When you get there, their cleaning force are out strong, toilets village streets clean and fresh. As is their security visible but not overwhelming, yet you get a sense of safety as you make your way around from shop to shop not feeling concerned if someone will roll up and try to have it a way with yr newly bought items with likely minium purchase value of around £500 -£2000 easy & more likely even higher... For example, the black bag in photo is a Gucci approx 3 grand bag , discounted here to £1,330. Although you have to scan and wait for invite in ( not sure if that's to give an allure of additional prestige or what- but really mate... Just let me in yr shop to give you my hard earned dosh innit? ( Although the security guard Nathan was an absolute doll, else may not have bothered to enter to purchase ( wayyyy too young for me but cute as hell too !😉) For the other high end brands at time you had to queue but no scan and wait for invite time. In a majority of the shops , staff were polite, helpful and inviting, courting your patronage expertly and with charm and niceness. Got to admit i bought things I never intended to just because of their charm . Not so much Burberry or Armani though, maybe their staff were having a bad day... Mulberry staff even offered cold beverages on top of their courteous service, so had to grab a discounted item there too. If you didn't bring immediate access to cash or cash, don't think you're running out to an ATM. Likewise if you're a smoker bring yr snouts, never saw a non-smoking sign. Coz nothing as " crass" as ATM machine or corner type of shop... Foodwise , noted they had the generic Pret, but if you could trust the weather they had a van dishing out "Mayfair Chippy " Fish and Chips boxes , Cod or Haddock at £17 a pop, with mushy peas, tartar and curry sauces as per the uploaded pictures... but as usual I keep forgetting to take pictures first as I like my grub and after cleaning hands get stuck in and only remember to grab pics midway or after... Batter on Fish was lovely, as was tartar sauce and the chips that were fried properly soooooo on point. However, many of the chips were border hard. Just about the right side of cooked rather than uncooked, but enough to take their food down from a possible 9.1/10 to 7.1/10. ( Unfortunately, we couldn't trust the weather so did some table hopping and crashing in on other finers to try to keep our meals, selves snd purchases dry during a brief but heavy deluge. Travelwise, you have to get on the train double quickish to get a seat going or coming if not driving but was a nice day out in all and shout out to the friendly tempting skills of Coach althoughbthe never had my ideal bag in the colour I needed, likewise to the Fendi staff coz there was a killahhh pair of boots and another pair of black boots was not in my mind. Too rich for my blood really even at the reduction ( just over a couple grand down to just over 6 and a half tonne) but yet my mind keeps running back to them making all kinds of excuses for why I should perhaps go back for them... The serious shoppers bought...
