Their repair service is excellent! They are two brothers who work collaboratively, who are, evidently, immensely experienced within the Apple repairs area and are really passionate about technology. They're definitely very professional. I've personally used their services on multiple occasions. They're incredibly helpful, friendly and approachable too. Their price range is beyond reasonable as they do not charge a "diagnostics" fee (which is commonly done by most mobile/computer technicians I've encountered) and they have a "no fix, no fee" policy, meaning if you experience any problems they're there to assist you. I've returned to them several times and they've been empathetic to the problems with my phone and have definitely placed all of their effort and energy into resolving the issue. Additionally to the "no fix, no fee" policy they have a 3 month warranty so they're available to help you, and do so, free of charge for an extensive period of time. They're incredibly reliable, despite problems that have occurred, they're there and very trustworthy in my opinion. They do not charge extortionately like most repair technicians do, they palpably care about their customers. I would like to reiterate that they're very reliable and friendly, both of the brothers are lovely guys and are very considerate to the needs of their customers. I've personally witnessed this with their engagement with other customers and also the help they've provided whilst I've had issues with my iPhone. Brilliant service and repair.

My wife dropped her iPhone 4s last night and broke the display screen not the glass front. So thought it may have been to far gone as nothing showed up except faint green stripes. So I googled (mapped) this morning iPhone repairs Edinburgh. A few popped up around and now google has reviews which plays with your mind and decided to go with Source Electronics. And that was the perfect choice. Said they would replace the LCD screen for 35 quid in 1.5 hours. And they did. They put a peel off screen cover on like it was just brand new and charged the phone up for her. The shop and staff look and act 100% professional. Now Im from NZ and have travelled the world a few times and believe I am pretty onto it. This Nathan Wang who left a weird negative review to me seems like a 100% hoax. I read his review twice and believe he is working for some opposition is the only reason why I believe he left this review which is common like on trip advisor. I chatted to the dudes at the shop about his review for interest and they said he is a liar and there is nothing they can do to contest his review. Trip adviser and amazon let you do it - google should let you do it too, and they will have to in time. If you read Nathans English and his written content it simply doesn't make sense. I checked his google+ profile and the only thing on it is his negative review of Source electronics. I thought my investigation was quite an interesting thing today. My experience with source electronics was absolutely appalling! I went to this repair shop with only a minor issue with my phone. The fast charing wasn't working properly as I'd accidentally dropped my phone under a running tap for only a second before I grabbed it. My phone was charging after this happened but very slowly, it would say 5hrs 32 minutes until fully charged. So I came to this repair shop with complete faith that they would be able to solve this minor technical problem. I was told to return in 1 hour as they where going to repair it. So as i returned to collect my phone the technician told me that they where not able to fix my phone. He didn't understand the problem himself. So not only am I left with a broken phone he had made matters worse with my phone because now it wasn't charing at all. I'd only realised this when I tried to charge my phone back at my house. Immediately I returned back to the shop to confront them about this new problem that they had created and to see what they would do for me to help. The technicians attitudes towards me was terrible and very unprofessional! both of them just turned their backs towards me, hoping i would leave. "So how are you going to fix it?" I said. The technicians reply was " your the one that dropped it in the water" then he tried to just shrug me off and tell me that he's busy. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
