I recently had the pleasure of visiting Enter Gallery, and I must say, the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I stepped foot into the shop to the delivery of my purchase, the level of service provided was exceptional.
Upon entering the gallery, I was immediately greeted by Tim. He took the time to understand my preferences and interests, guiding me through the various artworks on display. His expertise and passion for art were evident, as he shared interesting anecdotes and insights about the artists and their works.
What impressed me the most was the staff's genuine interest in helping me find the perfect piece for my home. They patiently answered all my questions, offering valuable advice and suggestions without any hint of pushiness. It was refreshing to feel like my satisfaction was their top priority, rather than simply making a sale.
Once I had made my selection, the process of purchasing and arranging delivery was seamless. 0% Finance option is very helpful, and I could spread the cost of a year. The staff efficiently handled all the necessary paperwork, ensuring a hassle-free transaction. They even provided me with updates on the progress of my delivery, keeping me informed every step of the way.
When the day of delivery arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care taken to ensure the artwork arrived in pristine condition. The delivery team was punctual, professional, and handled the piece with utmost care.
I would highly recommend Enter Gallery to anyone in search of a remarkable...
Read moreBuy With Caution. This is a beautiful gallery full of great work. I saw a piece over a year ago, went back on Saturday and glad to see it was still there. The gentleman we saw asked his manager and she authorised a discount. £1125 down to £900 if we bought it that day. We went back. The lady had left and didn't take a call from her staff who wanted to sell it to me for £1150. The gentleman who saw us in the morning couldn't even remember what price was agreed. We paid £900. I came home yesterday and checked their website to find out more about the artist to see the actual piece unframed is £360. I queried it and it seems the remaining £890 was for framing. I requested the transaction be cancelled before they pack and ship it and the manager told me i couldn't. It's crazy to buy art when the framing is more than double the value of the artwork. She said it was sold as seen and i have no choice now but to keep it. Ruthless and unethical behaviour in this gallery has driven me to write this review to warn the rest of you to just take your time and check any piece you like out thoroughly before you buy here.
24.08.21 The Galley has posted a response but has not made it clear that a mutually acceptable resolution was agreed. The piece has still not been received. I was told there was some damage to the frame and it has been sent to the framers for fixing, in order for me to receive it in perfect condition. I look forward to receiving it, but will update you...
Read moreI purchased a Slim Aarons in the largest size. I was reassured that the quality would be sharp and vibrant despite the scale. I was very disappointed when I received my online purchase, a gift for my wife, to discover the image was in fact incredibly soft and blurry. The colours were also dull. I took a close up photo and sent this to the gallery. They explained that Getty own the negative and this is the best quality image possible. I would have understood if that had been made clear online first. If for example Enter Gallery would display the exact quality thumbnails next to each size which truly represents the output before people purchase, this would be fair and reasonable.
They offered to exchange it with another artist but refused to provide a refund. I find this deceptive and completely unfair. When you buy something online, you can't accurately tell what the quality will be.
Their attitude was dismissive and they also kept reaffirming it was Getty Images who have said it's the best it can be. Completely missing the point of misrepresentation. I have bought art for years and this is the first time I have received such poor quality and service. Please don't risk buying art from...
