Booked this for my daughters 9th Birthday with 6 friends - There weren't many staff around for us to say we had arrived and then we weren't given any instructions about what was going to happen/ when. Then an alarm went off which scared the children and they had to go in an 'air lock' which they actually closed the door so my daughter who's birthday it was couldn't get in as they hadn't waited for her. The air lock room was super super dark and a lot of the kids were saying they were scared- this is where they explained how the game works but you couldn't even see the person giving the instructions- then they went into another room to put their vests on- none of the staff were helping the kids and it was all very very chaotic. It was also very very loud in there and extremely dark- my daughter was so scared she was crying and didn't want to join in which I totally understand. This isn't suitable for young children at all even the reception desk has fake blood on it!! Perfectly fine for Halloween but NOT for a kids party especially sensitive kids
The pizza came out and I had to ask 3 times for plates - they looked at me in shock as if it was unusual to ask for plates so the kids could eat! They were good with bringing out the cake but the actual laser zone part i would NOT recommend for young children/ sensitive children as its very dark- very loud and is like a maze inside- basically panic attack in a room that I paid ÂŁ100 for! Also a severe...
Read moreMy sonâs classmate had a birthday party at Laser Zone today. We went there and then the kids started to play game. At the end of the game, a staff of Laser Zone gave a certificate-like document to each kid, except my son. My 8 year old son started to talk to her (the staff) and sit his chair with a very bad face. I was a little far away from the kids and watching them. Then I asked my son if they will give him a certificate-like document and he said that he doesnât know. After that, I caught the staff and asked if they will give one to my son and she said that my son couldnât remember his Pack Name, so they wonât give him. I tried to explain her that my son is an 8 year old child and he will be really sad if only he doesnât takes that thing. Then I told her that there are 7 kids. If they gave 6 of them, then there should be one more ehich is belong to my son. She understood that I am getting angry because she doesnât want be helpful amd went in, brought the Ćast one to us. After that, they gave birthday cake but forgot to give a spoon/fork to me. I went to the desk and asked for a spoon. I asked it to 5 staff and any of them tried to find a spoon for me. I waited there 10 minutes and at last, I saw a staff who handles the spoons and took one from him. Not all of them but most of the staff hate their jobs and kids. They are rude and unhelpful. I wonât go there again and if someone asks me my opinion, I will tel what we...
Read moreVery disappointing experience!!! The host was extremely rude. We booked the Epic Mission for 8 of us. When we arrived, there wasn't anybody at the reception to direct us where to go or what to do, and we had to wait around until there's someone to ask. (This is our first time here) The host already had an attitude when we started. She was annoyed because it was the 1st time for most of us. When I asked where can we take the pictures because it's included. She said, "It was in the corner inside the arena and only allowed to be taken during the games." There were many corners in the arena!!!! We couldn't get a single picture at all. She rushed us through our experience the whole time. Even until the end, I asked her again about the corner she talked about, she said it was too late! (There's a break between the 2nd and 3rd game, which is enough time to tell us, but instead, we were rushed out of the room again!) Don't feel like it is worth our money for what was advertised. Poor management! The area was boiling hot, too. So rude! She yelled at a 7 years old kid when he politely asked her for help as the vest given was too big for him. We figured there's only 1 size. (How do they advertise for 6 to 106 years old with only 1 size vest?) If you can't stand working with children, don't even advertise for it! Of course, as ridiculous as it is, the customers are...
